About one-third of the world's population currently lives under pluri-legal systems where governments hold individuals subject to the purview of ethno-religious rather than national norms in respect to family law. How does the state-enforcement of these religious family laws impact fundamental rights and liberties? What resistance strategies do people employ in order to overcome the disabilities and limitations these religious laws impose upon their rights? Based on archival research, court observations and interviews with individuals from three countries, Yüksel Sezgin shows that governments have often intervened in order to impress a particular image of subjectivity upon a society, while people have constantly challenged the interpretive monopoly of courts and state-sanctioned religious institutions, re-negotiated their rights and duties under the law, and changed the system from within. He also identifies key lessons and best practices for the integration of universal human rights principles into religious legal systems.

Due to plate motions, tidal effects of the Moon and the Sun, atmosphe­ ric, hydrological, ocean loading and local geological processes, and due to the rotation of the Earth, all points on the Earth's crust are sub­ ject to deformation. Global plate motion models, based on the ocean floor spreading rates, transform fault azimuths, and earthquake slip vectors, describe average plate motions for a time period of the past few million years. Therefore, the investigation of present-day tectonic activities by global plate motion models in a small area with complex movements cannot supply satisfactory results. The contribution of space techniques [Very Long Baseline Interferome­ try (VLBI); Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR); Global Positioning System (GPS)] applied to the present-day deformations ofthe Earth's surface and plate tectonics has increased during the last 20 to 25 years. Today one is able to determine by these methods the relative motions in the em to sub-em-range between points far away from each other.

Die Autoren erhoben im Zeitraum von August 2014 bis Ende Marz 2015 mittels einer Online-Befragung deutschlandweit Daten von Lehrkraften aller Schulformen zur Mehrsprachigkeit im Alltag von Schule und Unterricht. Die Studie dient als Momentaufnahme der Mehrsprachigkeit an deutschen Schulen. Sie ermoeglicht einen Einblick in die Einstellungen und Wunsche der Lehrkrafte sowie die Handlungsraume und Ressourcen der Schulen im Umgang mit sprachlich heterogenen Lern(er)gruppen. Die Ergebnisse fuhren vor Augen, dass Mehrsprachigkeit schon lange schulischer Alltag und Unterrichtsrealitat ist. Deshalb sind dort die Potenziale von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit nicht-deutscher Erstsprache zu entwickeln und die Sprachfahigkeiten deutscherstsprachiger Lern(er)gruppen zu foerdern.

M-tabakası diferansiyel tesir kesitlerinin anizotropik uzaysal dağılımı g steren emisyon a ılarındaki artma ile azaldığı g zlenmiştir. Bazı elementler i in M-tabakası floresans X-ışınları diferansiyel tesir kesitleri sırasıyla Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Br, Rb, Nb ve Mo elementlerinin K X-ışınları kullanılarak aynı geometride ve aynı a ı aralığında l lm şt r. K X-ışını enerjileri incelenen her bir hedef elementin L3 soğurma kıyısı enerjisi st nde fakat L2 soğurma kıyısı enerjisi altında se ilmiştir. Bu y zden sadece M X-ışınları oluşmaz aynı zamanda L3 X-ışınları da oluşur ve L3 tabakasından M tabakasına boşluk ge işi olur. Ayrıca atom numarası 65 ile 92 aralığında olan bazı elementlerin X-ışını lineer polarizasyon derecesi ve anizotropi parametreleri l lm şt r. Belirtilen elementlerin X-ışını anizotropi parametreleri ilk kez bu eserde rapor edilmiştir.
