Studie über wichtige Faktoren für die Kompetenz von HR-Fachkräften
Die berufliche Kompetenz im Bereich Humanressourcen (HR) muss untersucht werden, um ihre Bedeutung mit Hilfe der Methode der deskriptiven Statistik zu ermitteln. Die Befragten kommen aus Jakarta und Umgebung sowie aus anderen Gro st dten auf der Insel Java in Indonesien. Es wurde eine gezielte, nicht zuf llige Stichprobe gezogen, um die Mitglieder der Indonesia HR Management Association als Befragte ber einen Online-Fragebogen zu erfassen. Es wurden 250 Personen befragt, die den Fragebogen vollst ndig ausgef llt haben. Die deskriptiven Ergebnisse lassen sich anhand von Geschlecht, Alter, Kompetenzwahrnehmung, Entwicklungsstand und Bildungshintergrund beschreiben. Die Untersuchung der Bedeutung gliedert sich in vier Teile: (1) Bedeutung f r das Unternehmen, (2) Bedeutung f r den HR-Beruf, (2) Beherrschung der Kompetenzen und (4) Bedeutung f r den HR-Job. Die Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass die wichtigsten Kompetenzen (1) die F higkeit sind, die Mitarbeiter dazu zu bringen, ihre F higkeiten, ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen zu entwickeln, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen, und (2) die F higkeit, die Mitarbeiter in der Organisation zu motivieren, zu lernen, sich zu entwickeln und ihre beste Leistung zu zeigen. Dar ber hinaus sind HR-Praktiker der Meinung, dass sie ihr Verhalten als Vorbild am besten beherrschen.
