The Experience is the first in a series of three personal development workbooks based on concepts covered in the self-help book "Freedom To Change. Maybe you think the road that brought you here was a series of random coincidences that led you to more randomly presented possibilities. In addition, you are perhaps uncertain or fearful of where your present path is going to lead you. We want you to understand that your path in life is up to you. This self help program is a starting point, but the truth is that every moment in life can be seen as a starting point. The Experience contains 30 exercises with space provided between exercises for journaling. The workbook is structured to help guide you, day by day, toward a better and more meaningful life.
