Ein Sto d mpfer ist eine hydraulische, pumpen hnliche mechanische Vorrichtung, die in ein Fahrzeug eingebaut wird, um unerw nschte Bewegungen eines gefederten Fahrzeugs zu kontrollieren. In dieser Studie werden zwei verschiedene Materialien als potenzielle Sto d mpfer verwendet, und ihre Leistung wird mittels FEA-Analyse berechnet. Die in dieser Studie verwendeten Materialien sind Baustahl und die Aluminiumlegierung 6061. Die Spannungen, Verformungen, die Erm dungslebensdauer und die Schwingungsanalyse der beiden Sto d mpfer werden verglichen. Die Studie zeigt, dass Stahl auch bei hohen Belastungen eine ausgezeichnete Spannungsfestigkeit aufweist und die Erm dungslebensdauer von Stahl h her ist als die von Aluminium. Beide Werkstoffe zeigen jedoch ann hernd gleiche Schwingungen, wenn die Belastung aufgebracht wird. Die Studie deutet darauf hin, dass beide Werkstoffe in einem Sto d mpfer verwendet werden k nnen, wobei jedoch Stahl aufgrund seiner hohen Festigkeit und hohen Erm dungslebensdauer gegen ber Aluminium bevorzugt wird.

Les mat riaux utilis s dans cette tude sont l'acier de construction et l'alliage d'aluminium 6061. Les contraintes, les d formations, la dur e de vie et l'analyse vibratoire des deux amortisseurs sont compar es. L' tude montre que l'acier pr sente une excellente r sistance aux contraintes, m me en cas de fortes charges, et que la dur e de vie en fatigue de l'acier est sup rieure celle de l'aluminium. Cependant, les deux mat riaux pr sentent des vibrations peu pr s gales lorsque la charge est appliqu e. L' tude sugg re que ces deux mat riaux peuvent tre utilis s dans les amortisseurs, mais que l'acier est pr f r l'aluminium en raison de ses caract ristiques de r sistance et de dur e de vie en fatigue lev es.

Neste estudo, s o utilizados dois materiais diferentes como potenciais materiais de amortecedores e o seu desempenho calculado utilizando a an lise FEA. Os materiais utilizados neste estudo s o o a o estrutural e a liga de alum nio 6061. S o comparadas as tens es, as deforma es, a vida fadiga e a an lise vibracional de ambos os amortecedores. Verifica-se que o a o apresenta uma excelente resist ncia s tens es, mesmo com cargas pesadas, e que a vida fadiga do a o superior do alum nio. No entanto, ambos os materiais apresentam vibra es aproximadamente iguais quando a carga aplicada. O estudo sugere que ambos os materiais podem ser utilizados no amortecedor, no entanto, devido s suas caracter sticas de elevada resist ncia e elevada vida fadiga, o a o prefer vel ao alum nio.

I materiali utilizzati in questo studio sono acciaio strutturale e lega di alluminio 6061. Vengono confrontate le sollecitazioni, le deformazioni, la durata a fatica e l'analisi vibrazionale di entrambi gli ammortizzatori. stato studiato che l'acciaio mostra un'eccellente resistenza alle sollecitazioni anche in presenza di carichi elevati e la durata a fatica dell'acciaio superiore a quella dell'alluminio. Tuttavia, entrambi i materiali mostrano vibrazioni approssimativamente uguali quando viene applicato il carico. Lo studio suggerisce che entrambi i materiali possono essere utilizzati negli ammortizzatori, tuttavia, grazie alle caratteristiche di elevata resistenza e di durata a fatica, l'acciaio preferito all'alluminio.
