This book will display and demonstrate the imaginative and creative powers of the pen in combating the frailties and difficulties of a life faced head on with mental illness. We all suffer from mood swing. It is just how we deal, handle and cope with the preconceived notion, the ego and self-concept of the individual with regards to the conditioning and genetic predispositions we were raised with. The authors have both faced and overcome adverse childhood experience and have risen to the challenge of being global change makers and influencers. These authors' voices keep the message of hope alive and that for triumph to prevail adversity must always be overcome.

The stars are in alignment. Her dramatists and scholars have spoken on the tapestry of these pages as a testament to the powers that be and the knowledge of the ancients. The language and the expertise involved will speak to your heart in praise of Africa. These word artists, these scholars and dramatists bring their life experience to the book, a noble kind of variety, an energy, their particular aura, the juxtaposition of the effervescent flux of ideas, ideals, innovation and ideology. The narrative in the essays and plays is based on reality and non-reality, the substance of dream killers in some very captivating and enticing lines, it is Africa's time to shine. This volume is anchored to a dream, and tethered to a goal. Since ancient times there have been generational curses in the bloodline and strongholds that are determined not to let us go. Terrain that in a nutshell has been deposited in our genetic code, but now it is time for the divine awakening of our ancestors and for divine wisdom and new insights to prevail. We owe our ancestors that much. There is truth that speaks to power on these pages.

Weaving stories has been primarily women's domain since time immemorial. When women write, they speak from their hearts; emotion flows and carries the readers with the powerful currents. Women directly bear the brunt of family life fall outs, be it oppressive family and social rules and confinement or physical abuse when they don't comply and submit. Even if they remain silent, submissive, their very existence makes them get intimidated. This volume, Writing Woman Anthology: Personal Essays and Short Stories, Volume 3, has exceptional stories from 13 African and Asian writers that brings together the diverse themes that humans struggle with in order to reconcile with emotions and conditions, which are depicted with realistic verve. Each story has a compelling narration of women's pain and suffering.

This book was written after Abigail George became a mother, with the realization that many children's books were written to be read to a healthy child by a parent. From her experience volunteering and over ten years working in child protection, George was very aware that this is not always the case. The book was started out of her desire for something that could be read by anyone who has a child in their life that they love, allowing adults to speak value, purpose, and hope into the life of any child. The title was inspired by the wisdom of the author's late mother, who taught her that God was the person she should depend on more than anyone else. This allowed God to be the source of her strength in a challenging five-year period where she dealt with her mother's sudden passing, the breakdown of her marriage, breast cancer treatment, and an autism diagnosis for her youngest child. While thankful for the support of her church, family, and friends throughout that time, it was her relationship with God, and the assurance of His love, that carried her through. About the Author Author Abigail George is a single mother of two who still lives where she grew up, in South West Sydney. She loves music, writing, spending time with family and friends, and is heavily involved in serving at her church. Her childhood was a memorable one. Realizing that not everyone had the same positive experience she did, she began to volunteer every opportunity she could. From youth camps in Australia and New Zealand to serving disadvantaged communities in downtown L.A. to teaching sidewalk Sunday school to children in East New York to serving on mission teams in Uganda, George has been motivated by her desire to show the love of Christ.
