Der diabetische Fu ist definiert als eine Reihe von Haut- und Knochen- und Gelenkverletzungen des Fu es bei Diabetikern. Ziel unserer Serie war es, die Behandlung des diabetischen Fu es im chirurgischen Umfeld zu analysieren und zu bewerten und eine ruhige Kritik an unseren Ergebnissen vorzunehmen. Wir berichten ber eine dreij hrige retrospektive Serie ber die chirurgische Behandlung des diabetischen Fu es in der Abteilung f r Unfallchirurgie und Orthop die 1 des Milit rkrankenhauses Mohammed V in Rabat. Wir sammelten klinische, paraklinische und therapeutische Daten von allen Patienten, die zwischen Januar 2011 und Juli 2013 wegen eines diabetischen Fu es in der Abteilung f r Unfallchirurgie und Orthop die 1 des H pital Militaire d'Instruction Mohammed V in Rabat station r behandelt wurden. Die statistische Analyse der Daten wurde mit der Software SPSS statistics 18.0 durchgef hrt.

The diabetic foot is defined as a group of cutaneous and osteoarticular lesions of the foot in this diabetic subject. The aim of our series was to analyse and evaluate the management of the diabetic foot in the surgical setting and to conduct a serene critique of our results. We report a 3-year retrospective series on the surgical management of the diabetic foot in the Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery Department 1 of the H pital Militaire d'Instruction Mohammed V in Rabat. We collected clinical, paraclinical and therapeutic data on all patients hospitalized for diabetic foot between January 2011 and July 2013 at the Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Department 1 of the Mohammed V Military Hospital in Rabat. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS statistics 18.0 software.

Il piede diabetico definito come un gruppo di lesioni cutanee e osteoarticolari del piede nel soggetto diabetico. Lo scopo della nostra serie stato quello di analizzare e valutare la gestione del piede diabetico in ambito chirurgico e di condurre una serena critica dei nostri risultati. Riportiamo una serie retrospettiva di 3 anni sulla gestione chirurgica del piede diabetico nel Dipartimento di Traumatologia e Chirurgia Ortopedica 1 dell'H pital Militaire d'Instruction Mohammed V di Rabat. Abbiamo raccolto dati clinici, paraclinici e terapeutici su tutti i pazienti ricoverati per piede diabetico tra gennaio 2011 e luglio 2013 presso il Dipartimento di Traumatologia e Chirurgia Ortopedica 1 dell'Ospedale Militare Mohammed V di Rabat. L'analisi statistica dei dati stata effettuata utilizzando il software SPSS statistics 18.0.
