This book has been written to illustrate the important questions we should all ask, and the things we should learn to assist us to advance in wisdom and maturity as we grow. I trust that you, the reader, will gain help from these ideas gained during my lifetime. There is something here for everyone. Things I would like to have known before I began the great journey of life. How to live well and mature into adulthood, find a job, choose a spouse, and start a family. I believe you will find some help in these pages, if not right now, then on some future day when you need guidance to deal with the great battle of life. This has been my motivation, to share the information I have gathered over my lifetime. The true to life stories I have added I trust will be of use to you as illustrations of some of the facts in this book. If you learn from the wisdom I have discovered over the years, you will hopefully be saved from some mistakes and indeed gain success and happiness in life. If so, then you will have a more contented existence and a happier family life. Your children will thank you and be grateful that you have studied to make their everyday experience easier for them in their growing up years.

Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things. (Ph. 4:8)This meditation is intended to express its author's reflections on the wonders contained in the Bible; and to inspire others to focus, reflect, ponder, and contemplate the Word of God. This book reflects meditations collected over time, with some added during the Covid epidemic; this challenging season provided plenty of time for reflection. Like an explorer digging for immeasurable wealth, these meditations have only touched the surface of what God is willing to show of himself and his love. If this book inspires you to meditate more often on the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see (1 Tim 6:15) then it will have succeeded in its purpose.
