Dans cet ouvrage, je cherche rassembler les connaissances fondamentales de la kin sith rapie afin que mes tudiants de premi re ann e dans les fili res de la sant , ainsi que les tudiants de quatri me ann e dans les fili res de soins infirmiers, nutrition, esth tique et cosm tologie, pharmacie, kin sith rapie et massoth rapie, disposent d'un support facile lire et permettant une bonne assimilation des contenus, sans lesquels il est impossible de former un raisonnement prop deutique et clinique. W niniejszej pracy staram się zebrac wiedzę z zakresu podstaw kinezyterapii, aby moi studenci pierwszego roku kierunk w związanych ze zdrowiem, a także studenci czwartego roku kierunk w pielęgniarstwa, żywienia, estetyki i kosmetologii, farmacji, fizjoterapii i masażu terapeutycznego mieli do dyspozycji latwą w czytaniu i zapamiętywaniu publikację, bez kt rej nie można sformulowac rozumowania propeutycznego i klinicznego. Z g ry dziękuję moim profesorom i kolegom, kt rzy pomogli mi ukończyc tę pracę.

In this work, I seek to bring together the knowledge of Kinesiotherapy Fundamentals so that my first-year students in health-related courses, as well as fourth-year students in Nursing, Nutrition, Aesthetics and Cosmetology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Massage Therapy, have a quick-read record of content retention, without which we cannot form a reasoning of Propaedeutics and Clinical Practice. I would like to thank my teachers and colleagues who helped me complete this work.
