This volume contains six one-act plays. "Remember Me" involves a small boy kidnapped by a total stranger. "Don Quixote's Wife" undermines one of the crucial pillars of Western civilization. "Stuck" looks at a writer with writer's block, but who nevertheless has some potential characters for his next work. In "Waiting for Waiting for Godot to End" we view how an audience passes the time until an insufferably boring play finally ends. "The Eternal Student" is a character that can be found in any university. And, finally, "Texas Sucks!" is a statement constantly repeated by a young teenager dragged to a vacation in Texas, at which point his parents agree that Texas, in truth, is the pits.

This play examines the fact that some girls are, let's face it, well ...poison.

A collection of fables with animals from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego mirroring the absurdities of human beings. The fables may be of foxes and skunks and toucans and manatees and hummingbirds but there is no mistaking the human element in these tales.

This stageplay examines a possible alternate "history" wherein Adolf Hitler actually wins in the Second World War.

Does a democracy have a right to defend itself from groups and individuals within that democracy that actively attempt to do away with that very same democracy? Can it do so by using anti-democratic weapons? Should it? But what it the people that comprise that democracy are persuaded to do away with democratic principles? This stageplay is set in Europe during the 1970s when many countries were faced with this conundrum.

When Cubans left their island and emigrated to the United States, they found themselves spread out all over the U.S. This mosaic portrays some of the cultural and political adjustments and misunderstandings of those immigtrants who found themselves in the state of Kansas, in an environment and a culture that was as different as night and day.

A collection of bizarre, surrealistic stories---ranging from the frightening to the thought-provoking to the absurd---written by a Cuban-American author. A teenage boy one day wakes up speaking another language, having forgotten his own. A mad dictator erects a wall around his island nation, effectively walling in the population. The dead come back to life and take up their old lives, much to everyone else's irritation. A group of Jews pay to have a faithful reenactment of a concentration camp. A misshapen skull is the basis of a cult in Florida and the Bahamas. These are some of the peculiar stories found in this volume.
