In diesem Bericht wird auch ein neuartiges System zur Zuf hrung von Schleiffl ssigkeit unter Verwendung einer wirtschaftlichen Kochsalzl sung vorgestellt. Als Schleiffl ssigkeiten/K hlmittel werden Seifenwasser und fl ssiges Kohlendioxid verwendet. Die Ergebnisse weisen auf die Wirksamkeit einer Kombination aus fl ssigem Kohlendioxid und Seifenwasser hin, die als Strahl in die Schleifzone geleitet wird.

Ce livre est un rapport sur les recherches primaires effectu es lors de la rectification superficielle d'un alliage bien connu base de nickel, l'Inconel 718, l'aide d'une meule en alumine. Peu de travaux ont t r alis s sur le meulage de l'Inconel 718. Ce rapport met galement en vidence l'utilisation d'un nouveau syst me d'alimentation en fluide de meulage utilisant un arrangement de tube salin conomique. L'eau savonneuse et le dioxyde de carbone liquide sont utilis s comme fluides de rectification/liquides de refroidissement. Les r sultats montrent l'efficacit de l'utilisation d'une combinaison de dioxyde de carbone liquide et d'eau savonneuse administr e sous forme de jet dans la zone de meulage.

Non sono stati condotti molti lavori sulla rettifica dell'Inconel 718. Questa relazione evidenzia anche l'uso di un nuovo sistema di erogazione del fluido di rettifica che utilizza un tubo salino economico. Come fluidi di rettifica/ refrigeranti vengono utilizzati acqua saponata e anidride carbonica liquida. I risultati evidenziano l'efficacia dell'uso di una combinazione di anidride carbonica liquida e acqua saponata erogata come getto nella zona di rettifica.
