THIS IS MY FOURTH BOOK WHICH IS ABOUT WESTERN PIONEERS FIGHTING AND WORKING TO SURVIVE IN A HARD BUT SOMEWHAT BEAUTIFUL LAND.THEY KEEP GOD IN THEIR HEARTS AS THEY STRUGGLE TO MAKE A LIFE FOR THEIR SELVES AND THEIR LOVED ONES THEY LIVE ON THE LAND THAT THEY HAVE FOUGHT FOR AND WORKED FOR WITH THEIR BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS THESE PEOPLE HAVE LEARNED FROM YESTERDAY AND HAVE LIVED FOR TODAY AND THEY PRAY FOR TOMORROW. About the Author I have always loved the outdoors and have also thought of what it would be like to travel by covered wagon over open trails. I am now 73 years young and have been married 54 years. I love God, life and my family. I hope that more than a million people get the chance to read my books, and I hope that they enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed writing them. I believe in miracles, and I believe someday that there will be a movie made of my McBay series. The McBays reached Waco, Texas and finally meet Cheyenne Decker. Then they see the land that they name "Autumn's Crossing." They build a large ranch house, a black smith shop and a one room school house. They acquire a sawmill and buy more land. With God's help they pull together as they encounter bad men, bad weather and to make matters worse a man eating mountain lion. But they make two trail drives and build a working ranch with the help of the cowboys they hire. Finally, Shermon and Cheyenne set a date to be married.Bob SelfI have always loved the outdoors and have also thought of what it would be like to travel by covered wagons over open trails. I am now seventy years young and have been married for fifty-one years.I love God, life, and my family.
