Carl Sargent

This book is the story of US Navy Seabee, Master Chief LeRoy Sargent. Despite unsettling early years he continued to pursuing success throughout his life. He developed the first US Navy Seabee Training Center in the nation, at Sand Point Naval Air Station in Seattle.
