Este estudo permitiu identificar argumentos para o estabelecimento da IGP "Ostra Normandia". Os argumentos est o resumidos na figura 18. A rea geogr fica da IGP assim definida em torno de diferentes conceitos. O litoral vasto e sujeito a movimentos significativos da mar . Esta caracter stica permite que as ostras sejam enganadas. Este saber-fazer, que melhora a resist ncia das ostras mar , herdado da poca das grandes pescarias de Granville no s culo XVIII. Esta especificidade da cria o assim ancorada no territ rio pela topografia da floresta e pelo regime de mar e ancorada de uma forma temporal pela sua idade. Al m disso, diz-se que a linha costeira da Normandia est aberta, ou seja, n o est protegida e directamente afectada pelas ondas, correntes e ventos. A cria o em mar aberto tem um impacto directo no produto e em particular no sabor iodado da ostra da Normandia, pois as ostras n o est o em gua salobra como nos canteiros de ostras Marennes Ol ron.

Anhand dieser Studie konnten Argumente f r die Einrichtung der g.g.A. "Normandie-Auster" ermittelt werden. Die Argumente sind in Abbildung 18 zusammengefasst. Das geografische Gebiet der g.g.A. ist somit um verschiedene Begriffe herum definiert. Das Vorland ist breit und unterliegt erheblichen Gezeitenbewegungen. Mit dieser Eigenschaft lassen sich die Austern t uschen. Dieses Know-how, das die Widerstandsf higkeit der Austern gegen die Gezeiten verbessert, ist ein Erbe aus der Zeit der gro en Fischerei von Granville im 18. Diese Spezifit t der Fortpflanzung ist also durch die Topographie des Vorlandes und das Gezeitenregime im Territorium verankert und durch ihr Alter zeitlich verankert. Au erdem gilt die K ste der Normandie als offen, d.h. sie ist ungesch tzt und wird direkt von Wellen, Str mungen und Winden beeinflusst. Die Aufzucht im offenen Meer hat einen direkten Einfluss auf das Produkt und insbesondere auf den jodhaltigen Geschmack der Normandie-Austern, da sich die Austern nicht im Brackwasser befinden wie in den Austernb nken von Marennes Ol ron.

Ta specyfika hodowli jest zatem zakotwiczona w terytorium przez topografię strefy plyw w i reżim plywowy oraz zakotwiczona w czasie przez sw j wiek. Ponadto linia brzegowa Normandii jest uważana za otwartą, tzn. nie jest chroniona i podlega bezpośrednim wplywom fal, prąd w i wiatr w. Hodowla na otwartym morzu ma bezpośredni wplyw na produkt, a w szczeg lności na jodowany smak ostrygi normandzkiej, ponieważ ostrygi nie znajdują się w wodzie slonawej, jak w zbiornikach claires Marennes Ol ron.

Inoltre, le coste della Normandia sono dette aperte, cio non sono protette e sono direttamente influenzate dalle onde, dalle correnti e dai venti. L'allevamento in mare aperto ha un impatto diretto sul prodotto e in particolare sul gusto iodato dell'ostrica di Normandia, poich le ostriche non sono in acqua salmastra come nelle ostriche di Marennes Ol ron.

This study made it possible to identify arguments for the establishment of the "Normandy oyster" PGI. The arguments are summarized in figure 18. The geographical area of the PGI is thus defined around different notions. The foreshore is wide and undergoes significant tidal movements. This characteristic allows to deceive the oysters. This know-how, which improves the oysters' resistance to exondation, is inherited from the time of the great fisheries of Granville in the XVIIIth century. This specificity of breeding is thus anchored in the territory by the topography of the foreshore and the tidal regime and anchored in a temporal way by its antiquity. Moreover, the Normandy coastline is said to be open, i.e. it is not protected and is directly affected by waves, currents and winds. The open sea breeding has a direct impact on the product and in particular on the iodized taste of the Normandy oyster, as the oysters are not in brackish waters as in the claires of Marennes Ol ron.
