Various Multiple Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques in one book: 13 MCDM techniques have been applied, namely, WSM, WPM, WASPAS, GRA, SMART, CRITIC, ENTROPY, EDAS, MOORA, AHP, TOPSIS, VIKOR, and new tools: MDEMATEL, Fuzzy MDEMATEL, Modified Fuzzy TOPSIS and Modified Fuzzy VIKOR. To date, no other book possesses this many tools.Various quantitative techniques: Different quantitative techniques have been applied, namely, Cronbach alpha, Chi-square and ANOVA (for demographic analysis), Percent Point Score and Central Tendency (response analysis), Factor Analysis, Correlation and Regression. To date, no other book possesses this many tools.Interpretive Structural Modelling: ISM has been applied for verifying MCDM results through MICMAC analysis and ISM model thus paving the way for model through SEM. Al giorno d'oggi molto difficile competere con le nostre imprese quando queste ultime si sottopongono a miglioramenti. Per ottenere buoni risultati, le aziende adottano processi di produzione snella. In questa relazione discutiamo di due tecniche: Six Sigma e SCM. Six Sigma stato introdotto nel 1986. SCM e Six Sigma cercano di migliorare gli standard di produzione identificando ed eliminando le cause dei difetti. In questo caso otteniamo dati da varie industrie e applichiamo il test di affidabilit e il test di Anova. In questa relazione abbiamo creato una matrice di correlazione di Karl Pearson, che mostra la relazione tra i fattori di input e di output con la qualit e la crescita. Alla fine, abbiamo concluso che Six Sigma e SCM hanno dato un contributo notevole, i dipendenti lavorano in modo pi cooperativo, il miglioramento della qualit del prodotto, il lavoro efficiente aiuta a raggiungere risultati positivi, la motivazione e il supporto del top management e del team leader influiscono sulle prestazioni.

Afin d'obtenir de bons r sultats, ces entreprises adoptent des processus de production all g s. Dans ce rapport, nous abordons deux techniques: Six Sigma et SCM. Six Sigma a t introduit en 1986. SCM et Six Sigma cherchent am liorer la qualit de la production en identifiant et en liminant les causes des d fauts. Pour ce faire, nous obtenons des donn es de diverses industries et appliquons des tests de fiabilit et des tests Anova. Dans ce rapport, nous avons tabli une matrice de corr lation de Karl Pearson, qui montre la relation entre les facteurs d'entr e et de sortie, d'une part, et la qualit et la croissance, d'autre part. Au final, nous avons conclu que Six sigma et SCM ont apport une contribution notable, que les employ s travaillent de mani re plus coop rative, que la qualit des produits s'am liore, qu'un travail efficace permet d'obtenir des r sultats positifs, que la motivation et le soutien de la direction g n rale et du chef d' quipe influent sur les performances.

Gute Qualit t zu produzieren und die Kosten zu senken ist das Schl sselelement eines jeden Unternehmens und jeder Firma. Heutzutage ist es sehr schwierig, mit unseren Firmen zu konkurrieren, wenn das Unternehmen Verbesserungen vornimmt. Um gute Ergebnisse zu erzielen, f hren diese Unternehmen schlanke Fertigungsverfahren ein. In diesem Bericht diskutieren wir ber zwei Techniken: Six Sigma und SCM. Six Sigma wurde 1986 eingef hrt. SCM und Six Sigma zielen darauf ab, den Produktionsstandard zu verbessern, indem Fehlerursachen identifiziert und beseitigt werden. In diesem Projekt werden Daten aus verschiedenen Branchen gesammelt und Zuverl ssigkeitstests und Anova-Tests durchgef hrt. In diesem Bericht haben wir eine Karl-Pearson-Korrelationsmatrix erstellt, die die Beziehung zwischen Input- und Output-Faktoren mit der Qualit t und dem Wachstum zeigt. Am Ende kamen wir zu dem Schluss, dass Six Sigma und SCM einen sp rbaren Beitrag leisten, dass die Mitarbeiter kooperativer arbeiten, dass die Qualit t der Produkte verbessert wird, dass effizientes Arbeiten dazu beitr gt, positive Ergebnisse zu erzielen, und dass Motivation und Unterst tzung durch das Topmanagement und den Teamleiter die Leistung beeinflussen.

Experimentelle Untersuchungen von Aluminiumblechen, die mit Metallen wie Blei und Zink durch Festk rperdiffusion dotiert wurden, bevor sie durch Reibr hrschwei en verbunden wurden, wurden erfolgreich durchgef hrt. Schwei naht und Werkst ck aus demselben Metall ergeben keine bessere Festigkeit an der Schwei stelle. Die Alternative ist daher die Herstellung einer Metalllegierung an der Schwei stelle. Mit Hilfe der Legierungsbildung wird die Festigkeit erh ht und die Eigenschaften des Metalls verbessert. Der Dotierungsprozess wird verwendet, um die Eigenschaften des Metalls zu verbessern, so dass die Schwei naht eine maximale Festigkeit aufweist. Nach der Durchf hrung einer Reihe von Versuchen wurde festgestellt, dass die mit Pb (Blei) dotierte Aluminiumprobe, die mit einem zylindrischen Werkzeugprofil geschwei t wurde, die h chsten Werte bei der Mikroh rte und der Zugfestigkeit aufweist. Die Werte f r die Mikroh rte und die Zugfestigkeit sinken jedoch, wenn das Aluminium mit Zink dotiert ist.
