The specific topics covered are management, leadership, advocacy within the organization, departmental planning (budgets, equipment, resources), organizing (task outlines, policies and procedures, scheduling), staffing, directing and supervising, control (quality assurance, corrective actions, health and safety), volunteers, and practicum guidelines.
