Um die H ufigkeit und die Behandlung von Schl sselbeinfrakturen im Krankenhaus von Kananga zu ermitteln, wurde eine retrospektive Studie von 11 F llen in den chirurgischen Abteilungen der folgenden Einrichtungen durchgef hrt: Bon Berger Hospital in Tshikaji, Provinzkrankenhaus von Kananga und Jukayi Hospital Center f r den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2019 bis zum 31.12.2022.Aus dieser Studie ergeben sich folgende Beobachtungen: - die Krankenhaush ufigkeit der Schl sselbeinfraktur liegt bei 8,9 %;- Diese Fraktur hat einen Jahresdurchschnitt von 2,7 F llen/Jahr;- Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 27,7 Jahre und das Durchschnittsalter 22 Jahre;- Die geschlossene Fraktur ist die am h ufigsten vorkommende Fraktur;- Am h ufigsten wurde eine orthop dische Behandlung durchgef hrt.Schlie lich ist es wichtig, dass die Bev lkerung des Kasainne-Zentrums einen Geist der Vorbeugung entwickelt und die Verkehrsteilnehmer jede Form der Ablenkung vermeiden, um die Gefahr, die von dieser Fraktur ausgeht, zu bannen.

Al fine di determinare la frequenza e la gestione delle fratture clavicolari nell'ambiente ospedaliero di kananga, stato condotto uno studio retrospettivo su 11 casi nei reparti chirurgici delle seguenti strutture: ospedale Bon Berger di Tshikaji, ospedale provinciale di kananga e ospedale di Jukayi per un periodo che va dal 01/gennaio 2019 al 31/dicembre 2022.Da questo studio sono emerse le seguenti osservazioni- la frequenza ospedaliera della frattura della clavicola dell'8,9%;- Questa frattura ha una media annuale di 2,7 casi/anno;- l'et media era di 27,7 anni e l'et media di 22 anni;- la frattura di tipo chiuso la pi comune;- il trattamento ortopedico stato il pi comune.Infine, importante aiutare la popolazione del centro di Kasainne a sviluppare uno spirito di prevenzione, e per gli utenti delle strade pubbliche evitare ogni forma di distrazione, un modo per evitare il pi possibile il pericolo causato da questa frattura.

In order to determine the frequency and management of clavicular fractures in kananga hospitals, a retrospective study of 11 cases was carried out in the surgical departments of the Bon Berger hospital in Tshikaji, the kananga provincial hospital and the Jukayi hospital for the period January 01/2019 to December 31/2022.The following observations emerged from this study: - the hospital frequency of clavicle fracture is 8.9%;- this fracture has an annual average of 2.7 cases/year;- the mean age is 27.7 and the modal age 22;- closed fracture is the most common type;- orthopedic treatment was the most common.Finally, it is important to help the Kasainne population to develop a spirit of prevention, and for road users to avoid all forms of distraction, in order to avoid as far as possible the danger engendered by this fracture
