Food and water scarcity, elimination of nuclear weapons, guaranteed democratic elections in all countries, a world supreme court, how to resolve the world immigration problem, weather and disaster control, faster travel, cure of all major diseases, abolishment of all dictator-led governments. These and several others ideas created a positive world-wide reaction. However, these ideas also created criminal opposition groups. The success of the contest would cause many distress and alter their power structure. These negative groups would attempt to put a stop to the contest. With the help of internationally led secret service inspector Arcand and his very special aid Agustina, kidnappings and extortion attempts were neutralized. What finally happened to the contest?
