Le sc nario de cette recherche tait de d velopper un syst me de d livrance de m dicaments transdermique matrice polym re contr l par diffusion contenant le m dicament Telmisartan avec diff rents ratios de syst mes polym res hydrophiles (HPMC) et lipophiles (EC, Eudragit RS 100) par la technique de coul e de solvant sur une feuille d'aluminium en utilisant 30% w/v de Dibutyl Phthalate du poids polym re, incorpor comme plastifiant et 20% w/v, 30% w/v de Dimethyl Sulfoxide (poids polym re) a t utilis comme am liorateur de perm ation pour la lib ration de m dicaments transdermiques. Au total, neuf formulations ont t d velopp es en utilisant le m me m dicament et diff rents ratios de polym res. Tous les patchs transdermiques ont fait l'objet d'une valuation physicochimique portant sur l' paisseur, la variation de poids, le % d'absorption d'humidit , le % de perte d'humidit , l'endurance au pliage, la plan it , la teneur en m dicament et le % de lib ration du m dicament. . L' tude de perm ation invitro a t r alis e l'aide de cellules de diffusion. La lib ration maximale du m dicament a t observ e jusqu' 48 heures avec la formulation F8 contenant du HPMC, de l'EC et de l'Eudragit RS 100 dans un rapport de 5:0:1.
