The extraction of heavy metal ions in tannery effluent by nanoemulsion liquid membranes (NELMs) was studied. The liquid membrane phase of the NELM consisted of Aliquat336 as carrier, Span 80 as surfactant, neem oil as diluent, graphene & ZnO as stablising agent and sodium hydroxide solution as internal phase. The sample and extracted membrane phase was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Raman Spectroscopy. Optimization for several parameters such as pH, carrier concentration, surfactant concentration, agitation speed, initial feed concentration, Extraction time, stripping ratio and M/S ratio was done and the highest extraction of heavy metals was analysed.

Badano ekstrakcję jon w metali ciężkich w ściekach garbarskich za pomocą cieklych membran nanoemulsyjnych (NELM). Ciekla faza membranowa NELM skladala się z Aliquat336 jako nośnika, Span 80 jako środka powierzchniowo czynnego, oleju neem jako rozcieńczalnika, grafenu i ZnO jako środka stabilizującego oraz roztworu wodorotlenku sodu jako fazy wewnętrznej. Pr bkę i wyekstrahowaną fazę membranową scharakteryzowano za pomocą spektroskopii w podczerwieni z transformacją Fouriera (FTIR), dyfrakcji rentgenowskiej (XRD), skaningowego mikroskopu elektronowego (SEM) i spektroskopii Ramana. Przeprowadzono optymalizację kilku parametr w, takich jak pH, stężenie nośnika, stężenie środka powierzchniowo czynnego, prędkośc mieszania, początkowe stężenie paszy, czas ekstrakcji, wsp lczynnik odpędzania i stosunek M/S, a następnie przeanalizowano najwyższą ekstrakcję metali ciężkich.

Die Extraktion von Schwermetallionen in Gerbereiabw ssern durch Nanoemulsions-Fl ssigmembranen (NELMs) wurde untersucht. Die fl ssige Membranphase der NELM bestand aus Aliquat336 als Tr ger, Span 80 als Tensid, Neem l als Verd nnungsmittel, Graphen und ZnO als Stabilisatoren und Natriumhydroxidl sung als interne Phase. Die Probe und die extrahierte Membranphase wurden mittels Fourier-Transform-Infrarot-Spektroskopie (FTIR), R ntgenbeugung (XRD), Rasterelektronenmikroskop (SEM) und Raman-Spektroskopie charakterisiert. Verschiedene Parameter wie pH-Wert, Tr gerkonzentration, Tensidkonzentration, R hrgeschwindigkeit, anf ngliche Zulaufkonzentration, Extraktionszeit, Strippverh ltnis und M/S-Verh ltnis wurden optimiert und die h chste Extraktion von Schwermetallen wurde analysiert.
