In the year 2016, two events happened that showed the rise of populism both in America and abroad that began a revolution within the form: Britain voted against staying within the European Union and Donald Trump became the President of the United States That was only the beginning....Massive migration from the Middle East and Africa into Europe and from Central America and Mexico into the United States and the rise of sanctuary cities and the conflict was on beginning with cultural issues but equally economic, ethnic, and political tensions.The Trump presidency and the rise of the radical Left, Covid-19 and "Shelter in Place" orders and arrests of those who refused, shutting down of "non-essential businesses" and economic downturn in America and massive bailouts to the tune of 2 trillion dollars and America began to grit it's teeth. Then came the death of George Floyd and massive riots and street violence along with the destruction of private and public property followed by no response or protection from government officials or police who have walked off the job.On July 9th, 2020 the United States Supreme Court voted to place the eastern part of Oklahoma under the legal jurisdiction of various Indian Tribes thus putting them under tribal law. What will this encourage long-term regarding the various secession movements brewing in America due to resentment for all of the above against Washington DC? Civil War and secession?At first blush that seems laughable, until one realizes the anger and violence that has been brewing for years along with the lack of unity amongst American citizens. Is such a thing far-fetched given the growing frustration in America with Washington D.C. not to mention the ethnic, cultural and political differences? Even more important to consider - how would such a thing take place? This booklet acts as an inquiry into the subject of the return of the Independent City-States.
