Reine is the last living descendant of Romanian gypsies who died at Auschwitz during WWII. The Nazis took a medallion that protected her family from the Devil and his minions, and Reine is desperate to get it back. With the medallion her family spent generations foiling the Devil's plans; without it she is in relentless danger. Reine tracks the medallion to Vegas, but an inconvenient vision sidetracks her. She sees Seth Masters, an MMA fighter, dying in a match that's the marquis event at the opening of a new casino. Reluctantly, she puts herself in danger to warn him of his peril. But Seth is intrigued by the dark-eyed stranger, the woman who looks at him and sees more than the fa ade he shows the world. He gets drawn into her quest partly because she makes him care and partly because she cares about him... ...and partly because his own father made a deal with the Devil that changed Seth's life-and threatens to kill him now.
