For over 35 years I have worked indefatigably, I have labored assiduously to build a relevant resume as an iconoclastic law scholar zealous for Natural Law, Natural Rights, and the original intent of the constitutional Framers-a Black conservative intellectual born in the ghettos of Detroit. Yet as a Black intellectual what is my reward for 35+ years of meticulous research? My reward is that in a de jure (legal) and de facto (unofficial) sense I am effectively blacklisted by White and Black Progressive academics who over the past 50 years have increasingly come to dominate the Academy. Instead of being welcomed as an equal, my prolific scholarly output has been mocked, marginalized, slandered, and scrupulously ignored by the academic community. We conservative scholars, academics, and intellectuals have no home to go to in our futile, Sisyphus-like existence to be accepted into the Socialist Academy. We are discriminated against, ignored, mocked, summarily rebuffed, and quickly learn that we are faced with the ubiquitous, chilling, yet invisible sign above every faculty inquiry -NO CONSERVATIVES NEED APPLY ... Yet, on 8 Nov. 2016 We the People elected President Donald J. Trump

His tenth book, The Progressive Revolution (Volume V)—continues his legal, historical and literary series based on Natural Law, Natural Rights and the original political philosophy of the constitutional Framers and original jurisprudence of the U.S. Supreme Court. These volumes are a collection of selected essays, articles and Socratic dialogues from Washington’s weekly columns published in RenewAmerica.com—an essential news and opinion website of primarily conservative writers and ideas. The Nuremberg Trials

The Nuremberg Trials

In this important and worthy book, Ellis Washington succinctly and convincingly proposes that the Framers of the United Nations and its international legal arm, the Nuremberg Tribunal, utilized a defective legal philosophy and jurisprudence sixty years ago at the advent of the Nuremberg Trials called Positive law—the separation of law and morals. Adherence to this ineffective legal philosophy has virtually destroyed subsequent international war crimes cases that in modern times have devolved into symbolic show and farcical trials at The Hague. Washington asserts a case that involves a more substantive and historically relevant legal philosophy and jurisprudence that the Framers of the U.N. Nuremberg Tribunal ought to have relied on in judging the twenty-two Nazi defendants—Natural law—the unity of law and morality.

Beyond the Veil contains a group of 90 original dramatic essays, short plays, and letters—mostly written in the dialectical or dialogue style attributed to the great Greek philosopher, Socrates (470-399 B.C.), and chronicled in various "dialogues" or books by his student, Plato (427-347 B.C.) commemorating the life, times and death of Socrates. Of particular note are Plato's books—Euthryphro, Crito, Apology, Phaedo, Meno, Symposium, and his magnum opus, The Republic. In these fascinating dialogues, Plato's genius of weaving and expounding upon a complex web of information through the medium of seemingly simple dialogue amongst the participants is most profound indeed, and, albeit in our modern technological age, all too infrequent in civilized discourse. Each of the 90 essays in Beyond the Veil seek to take the reader to the uncharted territory of their own mind in order to break the shackles of hypocrisy—to develop individual virtue, character, and to encourage morality, discipline, and perseverance in the face of obstacles. To make a systematic introspection of one's beliefs, philosophy of life, world view, religion, force, modus operandi, and to apply the intellectual honesty of Socrates' dialectic— to achieve self-knowledge, self-actualization, enlightenment, and ultimately. . . Truth!
The Inseparability of Law and Morality

The Inseparability of Law and Morality

The Inseparability of Law and Morality is an opus based entirely on Natural law- the original philosophy of the Constitutional Framers. Ellis Washington shows how and where America went wrong in separating law from morals, by applying Natural law precepts to a wide variety of contemporary, legal, moral, political, social and philosophical problems. Washington exposes the sophistry of former and current legal and philosophical approaches to the law like: democracy, positive law, utilitarianism, relativism, egalitarianism, secularism, liberalism, feminism, progressivism, pragmatism, materialism; ideas, which have in modern times, proven themselves to be wholly untenable, dangerous and inevitably lead to a corruption of societal morality. He concludes that the only solution to regain public civility and respect for the rule of law is for America to return to the ancient notions of Natural law and the original intent of the Constitutional Framers.
