In universities, as complex, innovative organizations, it is essential to have an evaluation system that signals whether the university's actions are oriented towards teaching, research, extension and culture, guaranteeing and enhancing its progress focused on human values, carrying out technology transfer to its internal and external public and seeking progress in science, technology and knowledge. This work proposes an artifact, the SAI System - Sociotechnical System for Institutional Evaluation, as an evaluation system for educational institutions that also values their immersion in society and their real impact as an agent of change and innovation in the locality. Based on the RUF - Folha University Ranking (2019), a unique instrument was created that ranks institutions according to the set of criteria adopted. The methodological approach was mixed, and data was collected using documentary surveys, questionnaires and official websites. The result concluded that the SAI achieved the objectives defined in this thesis and can develop dynamic organizational assessment scenarios, applicable to different educational institutions and beyond the university context.

Nelle universit , in quanto organizzazioni complesse e innovative, essenziale disporre di un sistema di valutazione che segnali se le azioni dell'universit sono orientate verso l'insegnamento, la ricerca, l'estensione e la cultura, garantendo e potenziando il suo progresso incentrato sui valori umani, realizzando il trasferimento tecnologico verso il pubblico interno ed esterno e ricercando il progresso nella scienza, nella tecnologia e nella conoscenza. Questo lavoro propone un artefatto, il Sistema SAI - Sistema Sociotecnico per la Valutazione Istituzionale, come sistema di valutazione per le istituzioni educative che valorizza anche la loro immersione nella societ e il loro impatto reale come agente di cambiamento e innovazione nel territorio. Sulla base della RUF - Folha University Ranking (2019), stato creato uno strumento unico che stabilisce le priorit delle istituzioni in base all'insieme dei criteri adottati. L'approccio metodologico stato misto e i dati sono stati raccolti utilizzando indagini documentali, questionari e siti web ufficiali. Il risultato ha concluso che il SAI ha raggiunto gli obiettivi definiti in questa tesi e pu sviluppare scenari dinamici di valutazione organizzativa, applicabili a diverse istituzioni educative e al di l del contesto universitario.

Na uniwersytetach, jako zlożonych, innowacyjnych organizacjach, niezbędne jest posiadanie systemu oceny, kt ry sygnalizuje, czy dzialania uniwersytetu są ukierunkowane na nauczanie, badania, rozszerzanie i kulturę, gwarantując i wzmacniając postęp skoncentrowany na wartościach ludzkich, przeprowadzając transfer technologii do spoleczeństwa wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego oraz dążąc do postępu w nauce, technologii i wiedzy. Niniejsza praca proponuje artefakt, System SAI - Socjotechniczny System Oceny Instytucjonalnej, jako system oceny instytucji edukacyjnych, kt ry docenia r wnież ich zanurzenie w spoleczeństwie i ich rzeczywisty wplyw jako czynnika zmian i innowacji w środowisku lokalnym. W oparciu o RUF - Folha University Ranking (2019) stworzono unikalny instrument, kt ry nadaje instytucjom priorytety zgodnie z przyjętym zestawem kryteri w. Podejście metodologiczne bylo mieszane, a dane zebrano za pomocą ankiet dokumentacyjnych, kwestionariuszy i oficjalnych stron internetowych. W rezultacie stwierdzono, że SAI osiągnąl cele określone w niniejszej rozprawie i może opracowac dynamiczne scenariusze oceny organizacyjnej, mające zastosowanie do r żnych instytucji edukacyjnych i wykraczające poza kontekst uniwersytecki.

Diese Arbeit schl gt ein Artefakt vor, das SAI System - Sociotechnical System for Institutional Assessment (Soziotechnisches System f r die Bewertung von Institutionen), als ein Bewertungssystem f r Bildungseinrichtungen, das auch ihre Einbettung in die Gesellschaft und ihre tats chliche Wirkung als Akteur des Wandels und der Innovation in der Region bewertet. Auf der Grundlage des RUF - Folha University Ranking (2019) wurde ein einzigartiges Instrument geschaffen, das die Institutionen nach einer Reihe von Kriterien priorisiert. Der methodische Ansatz war gemischt, und die Daten wurden mithilfe von Dokumentenerhebungen, Frageb gen und offiziellen Websites gesammelt. Im Ergebnis wurde festgestellt, dass die ORKB die in dieser Arbeit definierten Ziele erreicht hat und dynamische Szenarien f r die Organisationsbewertung entwickeln kann, die auf verschiedene Bildungseinrichtungen und ber den universit ren Kontext hinaus anwendbar sind.
