Queerte x is intimately tied to the M xico/United States border aesthetically, historically, geographically, symbolically, visually, and conceptually. In this exhibition, the aesthetic achievements of Jos Villalobos and Salvador de la Torre converge to theoretically queer citizenship and problematize machismo from a queer/trans axis nepantleando in diaspora, where queer is a site of infinite possibility. Visually articulated throughout this exhibition is an aesthetic provocation upon machismo, hetero-patriarchy, and cis-supremacy that challenges inherent social value through Queerte x culture.

Recordar Anhelar: Aesthetics of Undocumentedness The exhibition catalog brings together a multiplicity of remembrances that together outline the embodiment of undocumentedness as a mediation of hope. In this exhibition the recollections of Jackie Amézquita, Yehimi Cambrón, Nube Cruz, David Cuatlacuatl Federico Cuatlacuatl, Jose Ibarra Rizo, Martha Osornio Ruiz, Isidro Pérez García, Elizabeth Pineda, Karla Rosas, Luis Alvaro Sahagun, Nicole Solis-Sison, and alejandro sosa converge interdependently to speak of memory, family, community, migration, spirituality, indigeneity, care, and futurity from an undocumented axis.

Latin America's rich cultural heritage is made of countless languages, cultural identities, and communities of people who coalesce endlessly, multiculturalism defies categorization.

In the United States today there are 93 occupations in which20% or more of workers are immigrants. These high-immigrantoccupations are primarily, lower-wage jobs that requirerelatively little formal education. Latinx individualsmake up 83.5% of this particular labor force.

Knowledge Bennett's latest body of work "Black Series" marks an evolution from his deep interest in socio-political pop-art based subject matters. It gives way to an introspective yet conceptual concern marked by abstraction and minimalism; one that is deeply rooted in the collective consciousness and the infinite capabilities of thy self. Each artwork within this series provides a new perspective, an intimate moment of respite in which color is free from object and becomes subject itself.

The Producer BDB | Bryan Avila Is an emergent contemporary artist born in California and raised globally; primarily known for his depictions of pop-culture icons though street art. His renderings include Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Frida Kahlo, Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso amongst many other contemporary culture producers to the extend of Karl Lagerfeld or Anna Wintour. His unique articulations amalgamate street culture with pop, fashion and a heavy doze of fine art. The Producer BDB's creations can be spotted around the globe in such cities as Paris in France, Madrid in Spain, Rio De Janerio in Brazil, Miami in the United States, Berlin in Germany and all over Los Angeles in California (even Delta's Sky Lounge at LAX).
