There is a war between good and evil that rages through the universe. Those who serve the Dark turn as many to the dark as they can by inflicting torture and perpetuating despair. Those who serve the Light kill swiftly and mercifully, so as not to inflict torture or perpetuate despair. When someone prays intensely, the energy opens a portal of light.
