Train to Rovaniemi is a collection of short stories, novellas, miniatures, small ironic sketches, very different in complexity and content. It happened because these stories were written at different times and on different occasions. Perhaps, they are connected by the desire to understand the essence of our time. Some stories are written about the time that is commonly called the era of "stagnation". Others are written about people who are not very young, living out their lives in different countries and cities. I should note that all the names of actors in the stories are, as a rule, fictitious, all coincidences are accidental, and photos are obtained from the author's archive or from open network resources.
