Tasked with testing the new F-35 in extreme cold conditions, Buck and his wingmen are sent to Antarctica - much to Sonny's disgust. The F-35 recurring technical problems force them to make a longer first stop than anticipated on their crossing of the continent. And while it does allow Buck to meet the lovely Natalya, a Russian scientist, it also puts them in the middle of a merciless snowstorm. That's when they receive a mysterious SOS from Vostok Station...

Despite the assistance of Japanese Counter Intelligence Agent Suki Nishiwa, Buck and his friends were unable to gather solid proof of tycoon Yamasaki and Lady X's plans to trigger a war between China and the United States. The only option they have now is to intercept the stealth jets during their attack run on the Chinese carrier - and theirs. But with Lady X flying the Spectres, and a typhoon coming, can they do it?

When a Japanese patrol plane is shot down by a mysterious aggressor the international community immediately suspects the Chinese - the attack having taken place off the Japanese Senkaku Islands, which China also claims as their own. The incident is extremely serious and could lead to all-out war. Buck is sent by the Pentagon aboard the USS Ronald Reagan to investigate the attack. Can he defuse the situation before it blows out of control?

During a top secret electronic intelligence-gathering mission, an American F-22 stealth fighter is shot down by an unknown enemy. Basran, the target nation, isn't supposed to have weapon systems able to detect - not to mention hit - the pride and joy of the USAF. So, who did? And how? Buck and his team are soon tasked with a delicate, top-secret job: complete the downed plane's original reconnaissance mission, and find out what happened to it - all that while flying Russian planes!
