Angesichts dieser Tatsachen soll in dieser Studie anhand von Artikeln und Protokollen ber die Versorgung von Verbrennungen beschrieben werden, wie die Erstversorgung von Arbeitnehmern mit schweren Verbrennungen in der Industrie und in Fabriken erfolgen sollte. Eine gr ndliche Literaturrecherche zu diesem Thema, einschlie lich einer kurzen Erl uterung der Pathophysiologie von Verbrennungen, der metabolischen, zirkulatorischen, hormonellen und immunologischen Ver nderungen, der Berechnungen der Verbrennungsoberfl che, der Arten oder der tiologie von Verbrennungen, des Ern hrungsstatus, der Erstversorgung, des Volumenersatzes und der wesentlichen Pflege, die das Pflegeteam unter diesen Umst nden leistet.

Une revue de litt rature approfondie sur le sujet, comprenant une br ve explication de la physiopathologie des br lures, des changements m taboliques, circulatoires, hormonaux et immunologiques, des calculs de la surface de la br lure, des types ou de l' tiologie des br lures, de l' tat nutritionnel, des soins initiaux, du remplacement du volume et des soins essentiels que l' quipe infirmi re fournit dans ces circonstances.

Burns are among the main external causes of death recorded, second only to other violent causes, which include transportation accidents and homicides. In view of these facts, this study aims to describe how primary care should be provided to workers with severe burns in industries and plants, using articles and protocols on care provided to burn victims. A thorough bibliographical review on the subject, including a brief explanation of the pathophysiology of burns, metabolic, circulatory, hormonal and immunological alterations, calculations of the surface area of the burn, types or etiology of burns, nutritional status, initial care, volume replacement and the essential care that the nursing team provides in these circumstances.
