Holistic Health is a phrase that encompasses far more than physical health, yet physical health is one manifestation of the meaning of 'holistic.'We humans are complex and wonderful creations of God. He designed us to be healthy and whole in multiple aspects of life. God created us to be holistic in body, mind, soul, and spirit. These aspects of us are connected and interwoven within each and every person.This book is based on Philippians 4:8. The Apostle Paul wrote the book of Philippians. His writing offers higher motivation for living, a call for us to choose attitudes, attributes, and actions supporting thought processes that are not commonly typical, but need to be.Replace any worry and anxiousness with rejoicing, prayer, and thanksgiving. The results? The peace of God. It transcends understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The sum total of God's peace within is a transformed life. We speak and act differently morally, physically, ethically, politically, spiritually, and soulfully, affecting business and personal relationships, all networks, even people with whom we may not agree, and government. We are transformed when God reigns holistically in us.

The history of Divine dealings with human beings is replete with promises made and promises kept. In the composition of the Bible itself, we read promises declared and ultimately, faithfully fulfilled, sometimes centuries apart. The proofs are undeniable in scripture. Not one promise was left undone. God's fulfilled promises and His eternal love are undeniable in contemporary human history, too. Many of these modern examples are recorded in the accounts in this book. My account is one of them. True stories related here are living and lasting testimonies to the indelible fact of the follow-through of God Almighty in the lives of real people, proven in space and time. God's reliability is not a theory, a wish, or an imagined dream. It's real, which is why it is deemed "reliable." The Bible is a book of redemption. The Promises of God are proclaimed with one purpose: to redeem human beings. Belief in that truth requires faith. Redemption is possible through God's grace alone. As you read each true account in this book, you will instantaneously recognize a definitive trend: God is gracious, faithful, and honors His commitments, each and every one, all the time. These stories are all about fulfillment of God's promises for our good. In a day and time when so many world-driven promises are uttered and left uncompleted, it is eternally reassuring that all of the Promises of God can be counted on, because He Is Faithful. Trusting wholeheartedly in God's Promises is not a far-fetched and "hope-inspired" concept. It's a literal, down-to-earth, provable reality in a God who never wavers or fails. It's remarkable. Not one promise was left undone.Perhaps the greatest promise and fulfillment upon which the Christian faith rests, is Jesus Christ: His birth, life, teachings, crucifixion, and resurrection. That fulfilled story sets Biblical faith apart. It demands our attention and ultimately, our devotion.A key scripture says, "The Lord will work out his plans for my life ..." Note the word, "will." This speaks to an ongoing process, not a conclusion already experienced, though the conclusion is sure when God is working on our behalf.The bottom line: God's faithful love endures forever, through every process which involves us. We can rely on that truth. That fact alone is cause enough to put our lives in God's hands. David declared, "God is working out His plans for my life."What God says is unshakable.He cares for you and me and will forever fulfill and honor His Words of Promise.
