Die Pharmakokinetik von Moxifloxacin @ 5mg.kg-1.K rpergewicht wurde bei gesunden und Bifenthrin-intoxizierten Ziegen (n=4) nach intraven ser Verabreichung untersucht. Die MHK von Moxifloxacin im Plasma wurde bei gesunden Ziegen bis zu 8 Stunden aufrechterhalten, w hrend sie bei Bifenthrin-intoxizierten Ziegen nur bis zu 6 Stunden aufrechterhalten wurde. Die AUC war bei Bifenthrin-intoxizierten Ziegen signifikant von 7,86 0,06g.ml-1h auf 6,90 0,076g.ml-1h verringert. Die Verteilungshalbwertszeit (t1/2) und das Verteilungsvolumen im Flie gleichgewicht (Vd(ss)) betrugen 0,08 0,0008 h bzw. 2,43 0,01L.kg-1 bei gesunden Ziegen und 0,081 0,0006h bzw. 2,32 0,03L.kg-1 bei bifenthrinintoxizierten Ziegen. Die Gesamtk rper-Clearance war von 636,06 4,68 ml.kg-1h-1 bei gesunden Ziegen auf 725,4 7,92 ml.kg-1h-1 bei vergifteten Ziegen erh ht. Allerdings wurde bei vergifteten Ziegen eine Verringerung der Eliminationshalbwertszeit (t1/2) von 2,81 0,04h auf 2,61 0,01h beobachtet. Pharmacokinetics of moxifloxacin @ 5mg.kg-1.b.wt was studied in healthy and bifenthrin intoxicated goats (n=4), following its IV administration. The MIC of moxifloxacin in plasma was maintained up to 8h in healthy goats whereas it was maintained only up to 6h in bifenthrin-intoxicated goats. The AUC was significantly decreased from 7.86 0.06g.ml-1h to 6.90 0.076g.ml-1h in bifenthrin-intoxicated goats. The distribution half-life (t1/2) and volume of distribution at steady state Vd(ss) ¬observed were 0.08 0.0008 h and 2.43 0.01L.kg-1 respectively in healthy goats and 0.081 0.0006h and 2.32 0.03L.kg-1 in bifenthrin intoxicated goats. Total body clearance was increased from 636.06 4.68 ml.kg-1h-1 in healthy to 725.4 7.92 ml.kg-1h-1 in intoxicated goats. Dans la pr sente tude, on s'est efforc d'optimiser les param tres de fraisage CNC pour le mat riau D3 l'aide de la m thode des surfaces de r ponse (RSM) afin de maximiser le taux d'enl vement de mati re (MRR) et de minimiser la rugosit de la surface. La vitesse (tr/min), l'avance (mm/min) et la profondeur de coupe (mm) tant les principaux param tres de fraisage optimiser, les comp tences de l'op rateur, l'outil utilis , le mat riau de travail, les conditions d'usinage, le liquide de refroidissement utilis , etc. sont des facteurs de bruit. Les param tres optimiser dans la pr sente tude sont donc la vitesse, l'avance et la profondeur de coupe. La rugosit de surface (Ra) et le taux d'enl vement de mati re (Ra) sont les r ponses consid r es. L'usinage a t effectu sur une fraiseuse verticale CNC de la s rie 1992 de Kitumura avec un outil en carbure 4 goujures sur la matrice RSM des param tres d'entr e. Le taux d'enl vement de mati re (MRR) et la rugosit de surface (Ra) sont mesur s. Le travail d'analyse a ensuite t effectu l'aide d'un test de r gression. Apr s cela, nous avons obtenu des param tres optimis s pour le fraisage CNC afin d'obtenir un taux d'enl vement de mati re maximal et une rugosit de surface minimale.

Nel presente studio si cercato di ottimizzare i parametri di fresatura CNC per il materiale D3 utilizzando il metodo della superficie di risposta (RSM) per massimizzare il tasso di rimozione del materiale (MRR) e minimizzare la rugosit superficiale. Poich la velocit (rpm), l'avanzamento (mm/min) e la profondit di taglio (mm) sono i principali parametri di fresatura da ottimizzare, sono stati considerati come fattori di disturbo anche l'abilit dell'operatore, l'utensile utilizzato, il materiale di lavoro, le condizioni di lavorazione, il refrigerante utilizzato ecc. Pertanto, i parametri considerati da ottimizzare nel presente studio sono la velocit , l'avanzamento e la profondit di taglio. La rugosit superficiale (Ra) e il tasso di rimozione del materiale (Ra) sono le risposte considerate. La lavorazione stata eseguita su una fresatrice verticale a controllo numerico della serie Kitumura 1992 con un utensile in metallo duro a 4 taglienti, sulla base della matrice RSM dei parametri di input. Inoltre, sono stati misurati il tasso di rimozione del materiale (MRR) e la rugosit superficiale (Ra). Quindi stato effettuato un lavoro di analisi utilizzando il test di regressione. In seguito si sono ottenuti i parametri ottimizzati per la fresatura CNC per ottenere il massimo MRR e la minima Ra.

Por conseguinte, os par metros considerados para otimiza o no presente estudo s o a velocidade, o avan o e a profundidade de corte. A rugosidade da superf cie (Ra) e a taxa de remo o de material (Ra) s o as respostas consideradas. A maquinagem foi efectuada numa fresadora vertical CNC da s rie Kitumura 1992, modelo 1992, com uma ferramenta de carboneto de 4 canais, com base na matriz RSM dos par metros de entrada. Al m disso, s o medidas a taxa de remo o de material (MRR) e a rugosidade da superf cie (Ra). Em seguida, o trabalho de an lise foi efectuado utilizando o teste de regress o. Depois disso, obtivemos par metros optimizados para a fresagem CNC para obter a MRR m xima e a Ra m nima. Os valores ptimos dos par metros de maquina o - velocidade de corte, avan o e profundidade de corte foram determinados como 2210,07 rpm, 850 mm/min e 0,237430 mm, respetivamente.

In der vorliegenden Studie wurde versucht, die CNC-Fr sparameter f r das Material D3 mit Hilfe der Response Surface Method (RSM) zu optimieren, um die Materialabtragsrate (MRR) zu maximieren und die Oberfl chenrauheit zu minimieren. Da die Drehzahl (U/min), der Vorschub (mm/min) und die Schnitttiefe (mm) die wichtigsten zu optimierenden Fr sparameter sind, werden auch die F higkeiten des Bedieners, das verwendete Werkzeug, das Werkst ckmaterial, die Bearbeitungsbedingungen, das verwendete K hlmittel usw. als St rfaktoren ber cksichtigt. Die in der vorliegenden Studie zu optimierenden Parameter sind daher Drehzahl, Vorschub und Schnitttiefe. Oberfl chenrauhigkeit (Ra) und Materialabtragsrate (Ra) sind die betrachteten Antworten. Die Bearbeitung erfolgte auf einer CNC-Vertikalfr smaschine der Modellreihe Kitumura 1992 mit einem 4-Nuten-Hartmetallwerkzeug auf der RSM-Matrix der Eingangsparameter. Weiterhin wurden die Materialabtragsrate (MRR) und die Oberfl chenrauheit (Ra) gemessen. Dann wurde die Analyse mit Hilfe eines Regressionstests durchgef hrt. Danach haben wir optimierte Parameter f r das CNC-Fr sen erhalten, um maximale MRR und minimale Ra zu erhalten. Die optimalen Werte der Bearbeitungsparameter - Schnittgeschwindigkeit, Vorschub und Schnitttiefe - wurden mit 2210,07 U/min, 850 mm/min bzw. 0,237430 mm bestimmt.

The concepts for such a life were brought to this world by Guru Nanak with his advent in this world. This book is an English translation of Japji and along with the comments reveals the indicated message. The composition not only reveals the "Truth" but also explains the realisation of it.
