Questo rapporto di audit energetico fornisce un'analisi dettagliata delle opportunit di efficienza energetica e di riduzione delle emissioni di anidride carbonica a costi contenuti nei laminatoi. L'obiettivo di questo rapporto quello di aumentare gli interventi di efficienza energetica in circa 300 laminatoi di piccole e medie dimensioni in India e di ridurre le emissioni di gas serra fornendo assistenza tecnica e incentivi finanziari. Sono stati misurati parametri tecnici come la produttivit , il consumo specifico di carburante e il consumo specifico di energia, e sono state suggerite e implementate tecnologie efficienti dal punto di vista energetico nel laminatoio. Lo studio sul campo successivo all'implementazione ha mostrato una riduzione del 10% del consumo specifico di energia, con un risparmio energetico annuo di circa 127 MJ e una riduzione di 197 tonnellate di emissioni di anidride carbonica. Questa relazione ha dimostrato con successo l'adozione di tecnologie efficienti dal punto di vista energetico e rispettose dell'ambiente nei laminatoi per la rilaminazione dell'acciaio.

This Energy Audit report provides a detailed analysis of cost-effective energy efficiency and carbon dioxide emissions reduction opportunities in Rolling Mills. The aim of this report is to upscale energy efficiency interventions in about 300 small and medium-sized steel-rerolling mills in India and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by providing technical assistance and financial incentives. Technical parameters such as productivity, specific fuel consumption, and specific energy consumption were measured, and energy-efficient technologies were suggested and implemented in the Rolling Mill. The post-implementation field study showed a 10% reduction in specific energy consumption, resulting in an annual energy saving of about 127 MJ and 197 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction. This report successfully demonstrated the adoption of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies in steel re-rolling mills.
