Rappresentano una sfida per i dentisti con limitazioni fisiche, mediche, sociali e di comunicazione che richiedono la modifica della pratica odontoiatrica abituale. La cura della salute orale e la gestione odontoiatrica dei bambini con bisogni sanitari speciali richiedono una pianificazione pre-trattamento e una valutazione adeguata, che comprenda la programmazione di appuntamenti in orari appropriati, la consultazione di tutte le parti coinvolte, compresi i dentisti pediatrici, i medici, gli assistenti sociali e i caregiver, e una comunicazione appropriata con il paziente. La popolazione disabile ha una maggiore prevalenza di carie dentali, scarsa igiene orale e salute gengivale e parodontale compromessa. Alcuni fattori come la paura, l'ansia e l'odontofobia giocano un ruolo fondamentale nell'accettare e ritardare le cure dentistiche. Ils repr sentent un d fi pour les dentistes en raison des limitations physiques, m dicales, sociales et de communication qu'ils pr sentent et qui n cessitent la modification de la pratique dentaire habituelle. Les soins de sant bucco-dentaire et la prise en charge dentaire des enfants ayant des besoins particuliers en mati re de soins de sant n cessitent une planification pr alable au traitement et une valuation ad quate, y compris la prise de rendez-vous des moments appropri s, la r alisation d'une consultation avec toutes les parties concern es, y compris le dentiste p diatrique, les m decins, les travailleurs sociaux et les soignants, ainsi qu'une communication appropri e avec le patient. Sie stellen eine Herausforderung f r Zahn rzte dar, da sie k rperliche, medizinische, soziale und kommunikative Einschr nkungen haben, die eine nderung der blichen zahn rztlichen Praxis erfordern. Die Mundgesundheitspflege und das zahn rztliche Management von Kindern mit besonderen Gesundheitsbed rfnissen erfordern eine Planung vor der Behandlung und eine angemessene Beurteilung, einschlie lich der Planung von Terminen zu geeigneten Zeiten, der Durchf hrung einer Konsultation mit allen Beteiligten, einschlie lich Kinderzahnarzt, rzten, Sozialarbeitern und Betreuern, und einer angemessenen Kommunikation mit den Patienten. The conference management system manages all administrative and organizational tasks of a conference. The system is a server-side web application that uses an external relational database management system as a data tier. Every user of this system needs only a web browser to use the system and connect to it. The system will be based on JAVA/MySQL technologies which provide easy and rapid development. This system will also be able to host multiple conferences and their all web-based activities. This includes paper submission, reviewer assignments, registration handling of the conference participants, searching, downloading papers, management multiple conferences at a time. The system should be applicable to any scientific/technical conference, which requires peer-reviewed papers.
