Personality traits also influence work behavior and engagement.This study examines how employee engagement mediates the relationship between personality and commitment among female nursing staff in private and government hospitals, using a quantitative approach with questionnaires.The findings provide insights into enhancing employee engagement and commitment, leading to better patient care, productivity, and job satisfaction. The study covers literature review, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion, including limitations and future research suggestions. It guides healthcare organizations in developing strategies to improve employee engagement and overall performance.
