This is the first book in a series of Poetry Basket collections. Each person picks a basket of my poems from the metaphorical poetry patch outside The Poetry Barn. I then put them into a book, a bigger basket, to present to you for your enjoyment too. Always remember to stop and smell the poetrees.

The working title for this was "In Search of the Lost Orgasm" in homage to an album, "In Search of the Lost Chord" by the Moody Blues which played for a year one night in a driving stone-tripped 1970 weekending night, but when I searched the net for the title I found only sex references which was not the part I wished to emphasize. I came up with "Orgasm Cookbook" to indicate a much more everyday orgasmic idea, oohs, ahs and ahas of all sizes and shapes. What is an orgasm? If you ask most people they think only of sex when you say or ask orgasm. But these poems explore the many possible meanings and contexts of orgasms. They are meant to be a bit satirical or at least more satirical than sexual although as with all orgasms you can take them anyway you like them.

This Cats All Around represents many of my poems concerning or about cats or catlike worlds of people. You don't have to be a cat lover to enjoy these poems, but it could help on some of them. I love cats, especially kittens, but think they are better off outdoors; even if you are an indoors cat person you should find something in here to fancy your tickle.

This Volumes Of Me #3: Going Public represents my third year of writing and saving poetry, 1991. Where I wrote longer poems in my first year I began to write shorter, more succinct poems this year. The "Going Public" of the subtitle for this year reflects the fact that I found a public forum to share my poetry.

This second volume of my complete poems covers the year 1990, the second year of writing and saving my poems. Warning It contains some adult content. Most poems suitable for general audiences.
