La ricerca sull'intelligenza come concetto affascinante e meraviglioso, oltre alla psicologia percettiva e individuale stata considerata in molti altri campi. Una delle discipline che si occupa di questo tema e che di interesse per i processori la letteratura relativa allo sviluppo organizzativo e al management. Nonostante molta attenzione, questo concetto ancora oscuro nella conoscenza dello sviluppo organizzativo. La mancanza di un'unica teoria dell'intelligenza conferma l'ambiguit di questo concetto a causa dei numerosi e frammentati punti di vista e idee dei ricercatori in questo campo di studio. L'intelligenza un insieme di abilit cognitive che ci permettono di prendere coscienza del mondo che ci circonda e di imparare a risolvere i problemi. In altre parole, l'intelligenza una capacit cognitiva che permette l'acquisizione della conoscenza, l'apprendimento e il modo di risolvere i problemi.

Research on intelligence as a fascinating and wonderful concept, in addition to perceptual and individual psychology has been considered in many other fields. One of the disciplines that deals with this issue and is of interest to processors is the literature related to organizational development and management. Despite much attention, this concept is still obscure in the knowledge of organizational development. The lack of a single theory of intelligence confirms the ambiguity of this concept due to the numerous and fragmented views and ideas of researchers in this field of study. Intelligence is a set of cognitive abilities that allow us to become aware of the world around us and learn to solve problems. In other words, intelligence is a cognitive capacity that enables the acquisition of knowledge, learning, and how to solve problems.

In the twentieth century today, the only important factor in the success of organizations is not their efficiency, but how smart they are, and the idea that the failure of organizations is due to human error is not true, but the main problem is that organizations are not smart. Accordingly, in the future, societies will expect to develop and prosper with a greater share of knowledge and intelligence, not a greater share of natural resources. Paying attention to this important issue has turned intelligence into a prefix of many management concepts and the view of organizations and organizational thinkers has been focused on new approaches to the category of intelligence.

Lack of knowledge of the meaning of life is one of the most important factors that has caused aimlessness in personal and social life. The main reason for the importance of purposefulness is that people with meaning in life are able to solve complex problems, values and challenges in individual, group and organizational life. Lack of commitment to the organization, late arrival at work, lack of citizenship behavior and chivalry in the workplace are examples of not knowing the meaning of life in the workplace. To have effective management, managers of the organization must pay special attention to introducing the meaning of life to employees. To understand the meaning of life and solve value problems, one can not only use logical and emotional intelligence, but also use intelligence beyond conventional intelligence, which is expressed in the concept of "spiritual intelligence."
