The hunter was dragged into Edna Jackson's house riddled with shotgun pellets imbedded into his back, butt, arms and head and bleeding everywhere. He was also unconscious. Edna was a nurse so she couldn't do anything but try and keep him alive and nurse him back to health. He had no identification, watch or valuables of any kind. When he regained consciousness, he didn't know who he was. Doc Wilson said that he had amnesia.Edna was supposed to leave after her mother's funeral but the hunter had no idea where he came from. Jim Duncan made a fortune building a community for the rich. While Tara Estates was a financial success, it was a major disappointment to him. Tara's character developed into a complaining and mean-spirited community.When the development was completed, Jim and his partner, Frank Wells, moved to Florida to build a dream city for low and middle-income people. It was developed to be good quality, feature rich and lower priced than other homes in the area.Jim wanted it to be anchored by a retirement community as its primary source of income. He vowed to keep all prices as low as possible. Our Government was founded as a democratic Republic and the US Constitution was established to ensure the majority of citizen's were represented in Washington and to protect the minority. Unfortunately, our Republic has been effectively replaced with a two-party system of government that is a purely partisan democracy. The result is that little is done for the majority of the citizens. The majority of the population, those commonly referred to as "The Silent Majority", are no longer represented in Washington. I further believe that the time has come for a third political party to be formed that will represent them and force compromise. This book was written about the establishment, and rise, of a new third political party that succeeds in breaking the partisan gridlock and unleashing America's potential.
