Dette er skapt gjennom mer enn hundre år med både konflikter og samarbeid mellom partene i arbeidslivet. Ny digital teknologi er allerede gjennomgripende i dagens arbeidsliv. Vi vet at dette kommer til å gjelde enda mer i årene fremover og at det vil by på store utfordringer. Hennes forskningsområder er det norske medvirkningssystemet, partssamarbeid, og organisasjonsutvikling. Johan E. Ravn er professor i organisasjonsfag ved Nord universitet og sjefforsker ved SINTEF Digital. Han er dr. ing. fra NTNU Indøk. Hans forskningsområder inkluderer aksjonsforskning, sosioteknisk systemteori og partsrelasjoner. Andreas D. Landmark er seniorforsker ved SINTEF Digital. Han er sivilingeniør fra NTNU-IDI og har forsket på bruk av digitale verktøy for styring og ledelse av komplekse organisasjoner. Tore Nilssen, pensjonert, har vært forskningssjef ved SINTEF Teknologiledelse og instituttsjef ved IFIM. Han er utdannet industrisosiolog fra Universitetet i Trondheim, og har arbeidet som arbeidsforsker og aksjonsforsker i tett samarbeid med bedrifter og organisasjoner siden 1980.
