Afin d'am liorer l'environnement communautaire et de renforcer le sentiment d'appartenance des r sidents, la Ferme cr ative a t transform e d'un terrain vague en un jardin communautaire digne de ce nom, gr ce la participation plusieurs niveaux et en r seau des cadres de la rue et une gouvernance partag e avec la population. Cette activit pratique sera combin e avec la soci t nationale d'innovation et de gouvernance communautaire. Elle s'enfoncera dans la communaut de Creative Farm pour mener une analyse quantitative des donn es collect es et une r flexion approfondie sur le contenu des entretiens afin de mieux comprendre la forme de l'innovation et de la gouvernance communautaires et son impact, et de fournir des suggestions durables pour l'innovation et la gouvernance communautaires futures, ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives de renouvellement urbain.

Some communities in Shanghai have experienced challenges in community governance after relocation. In order to improve the community environment and enhance the residents' sense of belonging, the Creative Farm has been transformed from a rubbish patch into a net-worthy community garden through multi-level and networked participation of street cadres and shared governance with the people. This practice activity will be combined with the national community innovation and governance society. It will go deep into the community of Creative Farm to conduct a quantitative analysis of the collected data and in-depth reflection on the content of the interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the form of community innovation and governance and its impact and provide sustainable suggestions for the future community innovation and governance, opening up new heights of urban renewal.
