I 1961 deltog Danmark i en mission for at redde truet kulturarv i Nubien; i Nubien deltog kronprinsesse Margrethe i arbejdet som arkæolog. Med på opgaven var to danske fotografer. Rejsen gik for deres vedkommende fra Danmark til Nubien gennem Europa, og videre til Syrien fra Tyrkiet, i et folkevognsrugbrød. Undervejs blev der taget omkring 150 fotos fra Syrien, som landet så ud dengang.Ved et enestående tilfælde er fotografernes negativer for nyligt dukket op i arkiverne på Institut for tværkulturelle Studier på Københavns Universitet. I samarbejde med Bestyrelsen for Det danske Institut i Damaskus udgives de bedste af disse fotos nu i en serie af udgivelser, der har til formål at dokumentere kulturmøder.Der er tale om dokumentation af en fortid, som ikke længere er tilgængelig pga. de sidste års krig i området. Die Beschaffung einer Unternehmensplanungssoftware birgt Risiken, da der IT-Markt sehr dynamisch und daher schwer berschaubar ist. Zur Minimierung der Beschaffungsrisiken k nnen strukturierte Auswahlverfahren behilflich sein.Diese Arbeit entstand mit dem Ziel ein Softwareauswahlmodell f r das Beratungsgesch ft der Unternehmensberatung zu erarbeiten. Daf r wurden zun chst ausgew hlte Grundlagen zur Unternehmensplanung betrachtet. Im Ergebnis konnten fachliche Anforderungen herausgestellt werden. Anschlie end wurde eine Untersuchung der technischen Anforderungen an eine Planungssoftware vorgenommen, wobei eine notwendige Unterscheidung in Standardtools und Planungsplattformen erforderlich wurde. Nur letztere k nnen die komplexen Anforderungen der Kunden der Unternehmensberatung erf llen.Um ein eigenes Vorgehensmodell zur Softwareauswahl entwickeln zu k nnen, wurden im weiteren Verlauf bestehende Modelle analysiert. Dabei musste festgestellt werden, dass bisher kein konkretes Modell zur Auswahl von Unternehmensplanungssoftware existiert. So gibt es lediglich dom nenunabh ngige Modelle oder aber Modelle f r andere Anwendungsgebiete. Haupts chlich qualifiziert sich ein Modell f r eine bestimmte Auswahlproblematik durch das spezifische Lastenheft. Somit entstand ein eigenes Vorgehensmodell auf Basis der Analyse solcher Modelle und eines f r die Unternehmensplanung spezifischen Lastenhefts. Das Lastenheft beinhaltet die zuvor dokumentierten fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen aus der Literatur und der Projekterfahrung von Mitarbeitern der Unternehmensberatung.Schlie lich wurde ein Algorithmus zur Berechnung der besten Planungssoftware f r bestimmte Kundenanforderungen umgesetzt, der in der Endauswahl (eine Phase des Modells) als Entscheidungsst tze dienen soll. Mit den Bewertungen zweier alternativer L sungen, SAP BPS und Cognos Planning, durch Planungsspezialisten der Unternehmensberatung erfolgte abschlie end die Erprobung des Algorithmus.
Bilanzierung Von Aktienoptionen Nach Ifrs 2
Die bilanzielle Behandlung von Aktienoptionen (Stock Options), die Mitarbeitern zu Vergutungszwecken gewahrt werden, wird seit Jahren ausserst kontrovers diskutiert. Im Kern geht es bei der Diskussion um die Frage, ob diese Form einer aktienkursorientierten Entlohnung aufwandswirksam und damit gewinnmindernd erfasst werden soll. Vernachlassigt werden bei der Diskussion haufig die Informationsbedurfnisse der Kapitalgeber als Hauptadressaten der Rechnungslegung. Die Arbeit untersucht daher am Beispiel des 2004 veroeffentlichten Rechnungslegungsstandards IFRS 2, ob durch eine aufwandswirksame Erfassung von Aktienoptionen der Zweck der Rechnungslegung - der Schutz der Kapitalgeber vor einem eigennutzig handelnden Management - erfullt wird. Hierzu bedient sie sich des Forschungsansatzes der oekonomischen Analyse des Rechts.
