Tang Soo Do Chung Do Kwan describes the creation, history and evolution of the first Korean Kwan to teach martial arts called Tang Soo Do in late 1944 by the Ching Do Kwan founder Grandmaster, Won Kuk Lee who was the first Korean martial arts Master to use the name Tang Soo Do to describe the Japanese style of Korean Karate he taught. It was also Korea's first Post World War II martial art that would get Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee arrested, imprisoned and put on trial as a Japanese sympathizer because he was allowed to teach Tang Soo Do with the Japanese still in control of Korea and later, his Tang Soo Do was so successful it became a threat to the new Korean independent government that his reputation was tarnished. The author describes Chung Do Kwan's travels through the new post World War II Korean government's work to close the Chung Do Kwan Tang Soo Do and the government forces that wanted Chung Do Kwan tang Soo Do to be changed to Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do. The author includes Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee's relationship with the Japanese occupying forces in Korea that allowed him to teach Tang Soo Do just before the Japanese were forced to leave Korea by the U.S. Military and the U.S. military General that invited Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee to immigrate to the United States and avoid his enemies in the new, young independent Korean government that was destroying many Korean martial arts founders they could call a Japanese sympathizer from an earlier time. The author describes the entire evolution of the Chung Do Kwan Tang Soo Do as the first Kwan to teach Tang Soo Do and, as a political entity for the Korean government, Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee's many contribution to the development of Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do and Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee's dedication to Taekwondo's journey to the 1988 Olympics. How GPS Won Funding by the Department of Defense: How Senior Air Force Officers and Lockheed Management Worked to Destroy the GPS Program
How the GPS Won Funding by the Department of Defense is the story of the leader of the Rockwell International's (now Boeing) Global Positioning System (GPS) engineering teams and subcontractors that overpowered the overwhelming factions in the Air Force and its contractor, Lockheed Missiles and Space Company management and personnel that wanted GPS to fail and how the author created a new technology that allowed each Boeing's GPS satellite's atomic clocks to operate at their peak performance during every U.S. and international organization's multi-service system wide testing including NATO's. This caused Boeing's GPS satellite's performance to exceed all expectations and the same technology is used today in the design of the new Lockheed Martin/Air Force F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and Boeing's new 787 Dreamliner commercial aircraft. An agreement by Boeing of the events in this book will result in a claim by the U.S. Air Force for $55M for Boeing's SV-7/NAVSTAR 5 and $20M for the Atlas F that launched SV-7 due to only one year of use prior to its avoidable loss in its 3.5 year mission life.

This book is a companion book to "Mental Illness A Creation of the Fight or Flight Response" that are the results from the author's research he completed for the Canadian Space Agency's (CSA) Manned Space Program in cooperation with Russian Cosmonauts in 2012 and 2013. The CSA requested the author determine if his company's technology could predict which astronauts in training would become mentally ill on a deep space mission lasting several years. An edited copy by the CSA of the author's research were published at the 2013 IEEE/AIAA Aerospace Conference held in Big Sky Montana for the CSA's Predictive Medicine Program personnel and subsequently the full results were submitted to NASA Headquarters in 2013 and published on-line for public access in the American Journal of Applied Psychology. Curing Cancer provides a complete program for acquiring and recovering from cancer which is the same strategy used for defining the cause and recovery process for emotional and mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, OCD, through bi-polar or schizophrenia. The author includes the description of why and how cancerous cells are acquired by people and how they are nothing more than our own body's evolutionary process for mutating cells always working to adapt to the latest threats to human life while working to get us and keep us safe from outside threats and our own life threatening decisions and lifestyle. Curing Cancer includes two massive reference sections and excerpts in the body of the text from members of the existing and past mental health community members and their professional opinions that the author has refuted with his own research results at the beginning of the book. The author also includes results to answers to common questions left unanswered by the current medical industry community. The author hopes this book will initiate a new direction in developing faster recovery programs that are quicker than the one proposed by the author as well as a new effort for pharmaceutical companies to develop the drugs to suppress our fight-or-flight response (FOFR) that the author has illustrated is the root cause of cancers and emotional and mental disorders as well as all non-genetic based disorders, diseases and illnesses.

Taekkyeon: Korea's 1500 Year Fighting Art, Dance, Game and Sport
This is not a kick-punch book but a historical treatment from ever chnaging oral traditions for Taekkyeon as an authentic Korean fighting art (often confused with a martial art) that was developed by the people on the Korean peninsula 1500 years ago when the Tang military from across the ocean to the west of what call China today, assisted in Silla's defense and then remained in the Silla Kingdom in the 5th century for stabilizing the region. Taekkyeon players did not adopted the word "Do" because "Do" was from the Japanese who added the sophisticated and philosophical aspects of Bushido to Okinawa's Karate and without the word "Do", Taekkyeon instructors do not purport to improve the personal growth of players as is done in martial arts. Taekkyeon, as a modern day fighting art can be considered purely Korean in all aspects and not another martial art. During the Japanese colonial period, Taekkyeon was banned and nearly vanished. Fortunately Song Duk-Ki (1893-1987), the only known player of Taekkyeon in the 19th and 20th centuries as a student, player and referee and through his work, preserved the art and handed it down to modern day players. from the extensive efforts by Master Shin Han-seung (1928-1987), a resurgence in Taekkyeon practice resulted and on June 30, 1985, the first Taekkyeon game in 80 years took place in Kooduk stadium, Pusan. The author has included a year by year history of events that caused the colonization of Korea, the reason for the decline in interest in everything Korean and the development of modern Taekkyeon using modern techniques and many dozens of photos for learning the new techniques and those used in the new Yondan Shippal Soo (4th Dan 8 Hnads) Hyung/Form that was added to reduce the likelihood of Taekkyeon being lost again. The author includes modern Taekkyeon terminology in English, Hangul and Sino-Chinese, a 200 item bibliography, glossary and index for the readers convenience. The author also includes the work to get Taekkyeon accepted as Korea's national fighting art and why it wasn't chosen by Korea's martial arts community and the politics for the time that effected Korea's Grandmaster Hwang Kee, founder of the Korean Moo Duk Kwan Hwa Soo Do that also worked for many decades to resurrect Subak, another regional lost fighting art to get the Korean government to accept Moo Duk Kwan's Soo Bahk Do as Korea's national martial art and Olympic sport.

Confucius Analects A Western Interpretation

Confucius' intelligence, wisdom and insight from over 1500 years ago makes reading Confucius' Analects: A Western Perspective a true Eastern philosophical experience. Confucius' common sense intelligence, wisdom and philosophy that was ignored by his people of his time was eventually written down by his disciples many years after his death and then passed down through the centuries in cultural violation of Asian culture's demand that every 12 years, the past be forgotten. As a result of the 12 year purge cycle, generally, Asian history is only in oral traditions and so few historical writings are rare and the existence of Confucius Analects after 1500 years is likely due from a Western effort. The author, an internationally known Master martial arts Instructor, space scientist, physicist, mathematician and electrical engineer and he adds his unique interpretation to the translation of Confucius' follower's works to provide the reader a rich interpretation of Confucius behavior and contributions. Confucius was the daVince, Plato and Socrates of the Asian world; frustrated and angered by the poor living conditions of his people he saw everywhere he lived and traveled. Confucius' lectures were received poorly by the Royal families and officials everywhere because he when he spoke, he spoke without regard for cultural traditions, so it was considered dishonorable and disrespectful, eventually sending him to prison. Confucius was born into extreme poverty, abandoned as an infant, and forced to survive as a child living on village streets without a family to teach the social rules, Confucius rose to become one of the most intelligent consults to the government and Royal families. Confucius believed he could improve the lives of his people by spreading his simplistic philosophy wherever he lived but was rejected out of a cultural class. Confucius grew unappreciated and failed to improve his people's lives and developed an outspoken temperament and his outspokenness only did him harm. Eventually, Confucius became dissatisfied with the his people's resistance to a better life and left his government service to wonder from village to village attracting disciples wherever he stopped. Confucius taught his ideas openly, hoping his followers would spread his wisdom and ideas and improve the lives of the his people after his death.

Beam Me Down Scotty: NASA Identifies the Damage Astronauts Suffer from Space Volume 2
Includes the author's work with NASA HQ as a spacecraft designer to increase astronaut safety by using prognostic and health management (PHM) technologies to create a preventive paradigm to replace their current reactive paradigm in which 17 astronauts have died and NASA's largest spacecraft program ever funded terminated as a result. In 2013, the author submitted his research he completed for the Canadian Space Agency's Manned Space program's Predictive Medicine Program to NASA HQ that identified why and how astronauts are damaged permentally from their journey in space with Captain Lisa Nowak's 3 mental illnesses she acquired and was diagnosed with in 2007 after her several 6 month space missions to the International Space Station identified as the proverbial "canary in the coal mine". In response to the author's research, in 2014, NASA began a series of research projects that would refute the claims of the author's research, but surprisingly, affirmed the author's research and found new dangers and new unknown permanent damage that astronauts suffer from going to space. The author compiled the research completed by the agencies and academic institutions NASA funded and edited them to better reflect their results using terms and conclusions that NASA does not want Congress and the general public to learn. The research identifies that working in space is far more dangerous and harmful to anyone expecting to return as healthy as they they left as NASA and the manned space flight industry portrays to the general public to maintain a pro-space exploration support and continue to receive the $18B/year budget that NASA receives from Congress to meet the direction the the President of the United States. Each volume includes specific dangers and specific temporary and permanent damage that occurs from each thus illustrating that the space exploration operations model used by NASA requires replacement with one that includes providing astronauts artificial gravity via rotating space station to replace the existing and antiquated 3-axis stabilized ISS that forces the on-board astronauts to live in micro-gravity and thus suffer unimaginable damage as identified in the results of the research included and the irreparable damage to an astronaut's brain and body that usually shows up long after leaving the astronaut program. The author included as Appendix 1 the outdated 2004 Review of the NASA Astronaut Longitudinal Health Study by the Institute of Medicine that includes the numbers of mental and physical disorders experienced by the astronauts to 2003.

Tao Te Ching The Way of the Power is also known as the Laozi and is one of only several ancient Asian texts that allows us a small window into the minds of the ancient scholars and how they passed their knowledge and wisdom on to the few that desired to hear it. Unlike the West, the East's culture wants to erase the past every 12 years and look to the future. This cultural behavior is one that keeps their culture surviving even through catastrophes that occurred thru history in every facet of their society. The East was a great warring region starting with the Hsiung-nu tribesmen that eventually became the Mongols, with constant invasions and ruthless slaughter of people over many thousands of years providing the motivation for building and expanding the Great Wall of China that did bring peace for a period in the unknown history of the Asian society. with no self protection, the people suffered great atrocities, the ruling families owned the only military and the well armed military were used to humiliate enemies and show disrespect and dishonor by their enemies losing in battle. The Asian culture focuses on respectful and honorable behavior in all facets of society and so when one warring family would win in battle, the losing military would commit suicide on the battlefield hoping to recover their honor and respect from the conquering army. Villagers, if not killed on the battlefield were slaughtered by the barbarians from the north. The text's authorship and date of translation is unknown. The oldest copy dates to the late 4th century BCE, when Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden in Babylonia in today, Iraq, Cain kills his brother Abel and the bronze age brings better weapons for men to kill in battle. The Way of the Power was reduced to just 34 chapters from 81 by the author compressing the many words needed to translate each character needed for translation of used by the ancient Asian culture to store and pass on a little of society's wisdom and knowledge, but its been updated with 21st century Psychology, Physics, Engineering, Communications Science and Christian theology. The Tao Te Ching contrasts what the West developed in its vast libraries and books on science, philosophy, architecture, history, etc during the same period to do the same. The ideas of the Tare condensed to the singular; the style is poetic. The rhetorical style combines short, declarative statements and intentional contradictions for the reader to exercise reasoning and problem solving. The first lines create memorable phrases, while the second forces the reader to create their own contradictions. The Tao Te Ching The Way of Power is one of just a few fundamental text for Taoist, Legalists, Confucius, Daosts and Buddhist to study as the Christian Bible is studied. When the Tao Te Ching was introduced, it was interpreted through Daoist words and concepts. The author includes original Chinese art works including poetry, paintings, calligraphy and gardens. Many artists used the Tao Te Ching for inspiration. Its influence spread far outside of Asia, and is among the most translated text in world literature and the least understood du. The Wade-Giles romanization for the "Tao Te Ching" dates back to the late 19th century; where its influence can be seen in the words and phrases that the West added. The passages are purposefully ambiguous, and topics range from political advice for rulers to practical wisdom for the everyday people. Because the variety of interpretation is limitless, not only for different translators but all for the same person's re-translation over time, readers must avoid objectivity or definability. The Tao Te Ching is for those that want a mind expanding experience, one that broadens one's understanding of the world as the world was understood over 2600 years ago that still remain relevant to our daily experiences. Includes a bibliography, lsuggested readings and an 81 verse Tao Te Ching in Appendix 1 in paperback only.
