A causa dell'immaturit del loro sistema, i neonati prematuri sono ad alto rischio di sviluppare complicazioni respiratorie e neuro-motorie. Per questo motivo, i servizi di fisioterapia sono attualmente essenziali e indispensabili nelle Unit di Terapia Intensiva Neonatale brasiliane, affinch questi neonati possano affrontare un processo di recupero pi rapido ed efficace. L'indicazione precisa e il trattamento precoce, uniti al giudizio e al buon senso, portano a risposte altamente positive. Le tecniche utilizzate nelle patologie polmonari consistono in manovre manuali che facilitano la rimozione delle secrezioni dai polmoni del bambino e aiutano la respirazione. Insieme all' quipe interdisciplinare, il fisioterapista partecipa alla gestione della ventilazione meccanica (macchine che aiutano la respirazione). In quanto parte dell' quipe multiprofessionale, il fisioterapista ha anche un ruolo nel progetto della madre canguro, sia a livello profilattico che terapeutico. Il fisioterapista tratta il paziente attraverso il tatto e pu utilizzare il metodo canguro come risorsa terapeutica, collegando l'aspetto cinetico-funzionale con quello psico-emotivo.

Aus diesem Grund sind physiotherapeutische Leistungen in den brasilianischen Neugeborenen-Intensivstationen derzeit unverzichtbar, damit diese Neugeborenen einen schnelleren und effektiveren Genesungsprozess durchlaufen k nnen. Eine genaue Indikationsstellung und eine fr hzeitige Behandlung in Verbindung mit Urteilsverm gen und gesundem Menschenverstand f hren zu u erst positiven Ergebnissen. Die bei Lungenerkrankungen angewandten Techniken bestehen aus manuellen Man vern, die den Abtransport von Sekret aus der Lunge des Babys erleichtern und die Atmung unterst tzen. Gemeinsam mit dem interdisziplin ren Team beteiligt sich der Physiotherapeut am Management der mechanischen Beatmung (Ger te zur Unterst tzung der Atmung). Als Teil des multiprofessionellen Teams hat der Physiotherapeut auch einen Platz im K nguru-Mutter-Projekt, sowohl prophylaktisch als auch therapeutisch. Der Physiotherapeut behandelt den Patienten durch Ber hrung und kann die K nguru-Methode als therapeutische Ressource nutzen, indem er den kinetisch-funktionellen Aspekt mit dem psychisch-emotionalen Aspekt verbindet.

As part of the multi-professional team, the physiotherapist also has a place in the kangaroo mother project, both prophylactically and therapeutically. The physiotherapist treats the patient through touch and can use the kangaroo method as a therapeutic resource, linking the kinetic-functional aspect with the psycho-emotional one.

Le kin sith rapeute traite le patient par le toucher et peut utiliser la m thode kangourou comme ressource th rapeutique, en liant l'aspect cin tico-fonctionnel l'aspect psycho- motionnel.
