Margo's Blogs - Food for Your Soul This book is a collection of some of my blogs, articles, essays, reflections and books spanning the past three decades on the subject of Spiritual Conscious Evolution. I realise I am one of millions others like me, who are devoted to the same cause but I also know that this is necessary to reach as many souls as possible. The many variations of teachers and methods of teaching are necessary to reach as many hearts and minds as possible, because alter all perceptions differ and levels of understanding differ as much as people differ. The subjects of these blogs cover intuition, consciousness evolution, self transformation, universal laws, change, respiration, meditation, suffering, balancing the masculine and the feminine energies, self-observation and much more. Everyone of these blogs is written in a timeless fashion and holds true today, as much as, the time in which they were written.

OUR NEXT STOP AFTER DEATH - THE ASTRAL WORLD What happens to us after we die? Is there really a life after death? Which part of us survives and where do we go to? What is the astral world? This book gives us an insight to the astral dimension, a world of emotions, imagination and creation -an exact replica of the physical world we live in, as is our astral body -an exact replica of our physical body. The astral, the heavenly realm of light and indestructible life, the realm of vibratory life energy is hidden behind an invisible veil from our material world. The veil between the two worlds, however, has been ruptured and mysteries are being revealed. The Antahkarana Bridge is when we cross from the lower self to the Higher Self which is living nearer to the spiritual realm. As Rumi said 'The soul has been given its own ears to hear things the mind does not understand.' We are all on our way back to unite with the Source, and learning to communicate with each other soul-to-soul and heart-to-heart. As we connect with the Universal Mind, where all knowledge is, we can download any information we need and receive guidance to live our lives in total abundance as we attune to the All that is. When a critical mass of the human family has achieved a certain state of higher consciousness, God's kingdom shall be established on earth, and we will experience unity and oneness on earth. In other words, we will experience heaven on earth. Like it or not modern technology is racing forward catapulting us to a new world of magic never dreamt of before. We as humans have no choice but to likewise evolve to become the Supra-Humans we are meant to be to live joyfully in this new world of wonders. In the past the evolution process took many years, indeed even many lifetimes, the process was slow and tedious. But now we are lucky witnesses of astronomical changes the whole world is going through, we are experiencing a world full of strife between good and evil, and it is our free choice individually to choose which path to take. Do we go backwards longing for the so called good old days, or do we stagnate afraid to move forward, or do we choose to prepare ourselves with open minds to new knowledge, so we can go forward to meet the new exciting challenges awaiting us. All of us can do this, if we fill our hearts with love. We now have the opportunity to evolve right here right now, in this lifetime, if we make the effort, listen, reflect, understand and connect directly with the Source of Life, to unite with the Inner Divine Self that is always there ready to guide us to the right path. We humans are all both physical and spirit, sadly many of us have forgotten or ignored the Divine part of us. Now is the time to connect to unite with the spiritual part of us. Everyone one of us can evolve to be a supra-human being. We owe this to ourselves, to our families and to humanity. Our future is in our hands. It is up to each one of us individually and collectively so that we can live in a world of higher intelligence free of fear and hate. The Universal Energies are in our favour helping us to achieve this goal.
