This book is about kids today returning home. It doesn't work. And in many instances, neither do they. It's funny; they want to be treated like adults with the same perks of a child, not limited to free board, meals included. Unlimited snacks, electricity, laundering. Yet they want complete, unabridged independence which automatically exempts them from any and all parent-child discussions (lecturing), advice (nagging), or concern (doting). As you read through the book you will recognize familiar instances that pertain to your kids. The book is a fast fun read and the characters are surly someone you know.

At first, the impressionable ten- year old thought he was imagining things. A flash of light. A brush of warm air across his chubby cheeks. The faint sound of something rushing across his room. As he prepares for the worse, a hornless unicorn by the name of Flash appears, urging Jeremy to help him retrieve his missing horn on the ominous Planet Org. "Me? Why would you want me? I'm just a kid." Jeremy argues. "You have incredible, latent magical powers," the unicorn tells him. After much persuasion, Jeremy reluctantly consents, not realizing the enormous danger that lies ahead, as he encounters a myriad of strange and frightening characters along the way. Follow Jeremy and Flash as they make there way through many strange places like Moonhattan, ghoul swamp and illusion land, to name a few, meeting weird characters such as the wee people, the ice men and Thadeous the up side down face ghost. This book is a page turner. It's filled with chapter after chapter of exciting challenges which Jeremy and Flash must overcome. Will the challenges cause them to fail, or will they succeed in recovering Flash's horn?
