The journey to finding God's purpose is not always a straight path. In my particular case, my journey started in youth ministry, moved to becoming an associate pastor at a large church, then to a tragic accident that resulted in me learning to work with wood, and the bumped along a path of seeking God's will for my life. This seeking is what brought me to the place I am in today. I minister to others by custom making holding crosses and then sharing them along with words of encouragement with those in need of God's love and grace. It is in action that we find God's purpose for our lives. When we open our hearts to the nudging of God, we find the direction that will assist the world as well as fulfill our own longing for meaning. This book is a collection of devotionals based on my ministry of sharing crosses and words. That is how the title, CrossWords came about. I hope you enjoy each weekly devotional and challenge to live a life full of Love, Christ, and Purpose.
