Sharky is enticed out of semi-retirement to infiltrate a criminal gang who turn out to be Islamic dissidents. They've adapted secret US military technology intended for, but never used in the Iraq war.

Sharky retires from the flying squad and goes in search of his estranged daughter. He discovers she's been recruited by a national intelligence agency and her missing person status is really a ploy to give her a new identity.
