Por isso, foi importante realizar esta pesquisa para entender o uso de smartphones e tablets e seus efeitos na autorregula o da aprendizagem dos alunos. O presente estudo investigou a rela o entre a quantidade de tempo que os estudantes passam por dia em smartphones e tablets e os seus efeitos na sua autorregula o da aprendizagem. Tamb m se investigou o n vel de autorregula o da aprendizagem dos estudantes e a quantidade de tempo que passam por dia a utilizar smartphones e tablets. Os resultados revelaram que as estudantes do sexo feminino passam menos horas por dia a utilizar smartphones e tablets do que os estudantes do sexo masculino. Al m disso, as estudantes do sexo feminino revelaram uma maior autorregula o da aprendizagem do que os estudantes do sexo masculino.
