Beh et's disease is a frequent condition in Tunisia, potentially serious and potentially life-threatening as well as visual. The ocular manifestations during Beh et's disease are varied, mainly affecting the young and rarely the elderly. Few studies have focused on the particularities of ocular damage during MB in the elderly, hence the interest of this work. The aim of the work was to study the epidemiological, clinical, evolutionary and therapeutic characteristics of the ocular manifestations during Beh et's disease in the elderly subject.We conducted a retrospective study of 38 eyes of 21 oculo-Beh et patients over a period of 7 years. For each patient, epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical and therapeutic characteristics were recorded.

Choroba Beh eta jest częstą chorobą w Tunezji, potencjalnie poważną i potencjalnie zagrażającą życiu, jak r wnież wzrokowi. Objawy okulistyczne podczas choroby Beh eta są zr żnicowane, dotykają gl wnie os b mlodych, a rzadko os b starszych. Niewiele badań koncentrowalo się na specyfice uszkodzeń oczu podczas MB u os b starszych, stąd zainteresowanie tą pracą. Celem pracy bylo zbadanie epidemiologicznej, klinicznej, ewolucyjnej i terapeutycznej charakterystyki objaw w ocznych w okresie choroby Beh eta u osoby starszej.Przeprowadziliśmy retrospektywne badanie 38 oczu 21 pacjent w oculo-Beh et na przestrzeni 7 lat. Dla każdego pacjenta odnotowano cechy epidemiologiczne, kliniczne, parakliniczne i terapeutyczne.

La malattia di Beh et una condizione frequente in Tunisia, potenzialmente grave e potenzialmente pericolosa per la vita, oltre che visiva. Le manifestazioni oculari durante la malattia di Beh et sono varie e colpiscono soprattutto i giovani e raramente gli anziani. Pochi studi si sono concentrati sulle particolarit dei danni oculari durante la MB negli anziani, da qui l'interesse di questo lavoro. Lo scopo del lavoro era quello di studiare le caratteristiche epidemiologiche, cliniche, evolutive e terapeutiche delle manifestazioni oculari durante la malattia di Beh et nel soggetto anziano.Abbiamo condotto uno studio retrospettivo su 38 occhi di 21 pazienti oculo-Beh et per un periodo di 7 anni. Per ogni paziente sono state registrate le caratteristiche epidemiologiche, cliniche, paracliniche e terapeutiche.

Die Beh et-Krankheit ist eine h ufige Erkrankung in Tunesien, potenziell schwerwiegend und potenziell lebensbedrohlich sowie visuell bedrohlich. Die okul ren Manifestationen bei Morbus Beh et sind vielf ltig und betreffen vor allem junge und selten ltere Menschen. Nur wenige Studien haben sich auf die Besonderheiten von Augensch den bei MB bei lteren Menschen konzentriert, daher ist diese Arbeit von Interesse. Ziel der Arbeit war es, die epidemiologischen, klinischen, evolution ren und therapeutischen Charakteristika der okul ren Manifestationen w hrend der Beh et-Krankheit bei lteren Menschen zu untersuchen.Wir f hrten eine retrospektive Studie an 38 Augen von 21 Patienten mit Okulo-Beh et ber einen Zeitraum von 7 Jahren durch. F r jeden Patienten wurden epidemiologische, klinische, paraklinische und therapeutische Merkmale erfasst.
