Das Thema der Kreativwirtschaft wird immer h ufiger diskutiert, da ihr Potenzial f r die Entwicklung eines Landes erkannt wurde. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, zu untersuchen, ob die Studierenden des Bachelor-Studiengangs f r Betriebswirtschaft, der vom Bundesinstitut f r Bildung, Wissenschaft und Technologie des S dostens von Minas Gerais, Campus Barbacena, angeboten wird, auf die Arbeit in Unternehmen im Kontext der Kreativwirtschaft vorbereitet werden. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine qualitative, explorative Studie durchgef hrt, die eine bibliografische Erhebung, eine Dokumentenrecherche und halbstrukturierte Interviews mit Studenten des Studiengangs Verwaltung umfasste, wobei eine nicht-probabilistische, zuf llige und absichtliche Stichprobe verwendet wurde. Im Rahmen der Dokumentationsrecherche wurde der Lehrplan des Studiengangs Betriebswirtschaftslehre analysiert, um die f r die Ausbildung von F hrungskr ften in Unternehmen mit kreativem Profil relevanten Aspekte zu berpr fen. Die gesammelten Daten wurden mit Hilfe der Inhaltsanalyse ausgewertet.

Il tema dell'economia creativa stato oggetto di dibattito sempre pi frequentemente a causa del riconoscimento del suo potenziale per lo sviluppo di un Paese. L'obiettivo di questa ricerca indagare se gli studenti del corso di laurea in Economia Aziendale offerto dall'Istituto Federale di Educazione, Scienza e Tecnologia del Sud-Est di Minas Gerais, Campus di Barbacena, siano preparati a lavorare in aziende in un contesto di economia creativa. A tal fine, stato condotto uno studio qualitativo ed esplorativo, comprendente un'indagine bibliografica, una ricerca documentale e interviste semi-strutturate applicate agli studenti del corso di Amministrazione, con un campionamento non probabilistico, di convenienza e intenzionale. La ricerca documentale ha comportato l'analisi del syllabus del corso di Economia Aziendale, al fine di verificare gli aspetti rilevanti per la formazione dei manager che operano in aziende dal profilo creativo. L'analisi del contenuto stata utilizzata per analizzare i dati raccolti.

La recherche documentaire a consist analyser le programme du cours d'administration des entreprises afin de v rifier les aspects pertinents pour la formation des gestionnaires travaillant dans des entreprises au profil cr atif. L'analyse du contenu a t utilis e pour analyser les donn es recueillies.

The topic of the creative economy has been the subject of debate more and more frequently due to the recognition of its potential for a country's development. The aim of this research is to investigate whether students on the Bachelor of Business Administration course offered by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southeast Minas Gerais, Barbacena Campus, are being prepared to work in companies within a creative economy context. To this end, a qualitative, exploratory study was carried out, comprising a bibliographical survey, documentary research and semi-structured interviews applied to students on the Administration course, with non-probabilistic, convenience and intentional sampling. The documentary research involved analysing the syllabus of the Business Administration course in order to verify aspects relevant to the training of managers working in companies with a creative profile. Content analysis was used to analyse the data collected.

Kuhmilch ist ein weltweit konsumiertes Lebensmittel und hat eine erhebliche sozio konomische Bedeutung f r die Gemeinde Ibertioga MG. Daher ist das Ziel dieser Arbeit, die Milchproduktionskette von Ibertioga MG unter Ber cksichtigung der Transaktionskosten konomie zu analysieren, um zum Verst ndnis der Produktionsdynamik beizutragen und Wissen zu generieren, das die Entscheidungsfindung zur Entwicklung der lokalen Produktion erm glicht. Es wurde eine Fallstudie mit 32 lokalen Erzeugern durchgef hrt, durch die Anwendung von halbstrukturierten Frageb gen, die Variablen wie die H ufigkeit von Transaktionen, Risiken in der T tigkeit, Verm genswerte Spezifit t und die Bed rfnisse der Erzeuger n hern. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass eine hohe Verm gensspezifit t, eine hohe H ufigkeit des Milchverkaufs und eine variable H ufigkeit des Einkaufs von Betriebsmitteln besteht und dass die lokalen Erzeuger eine bessere technische Unterst tzung ben tigen und dass ein lokaler Verband notwendig ist, um die Bedingungen der Transaktionen zu verbessern.

Bovine milk is a food consumed worldwide and has significant socioeconomic importance for the municipality of Ibertioga MG. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the milk production chain of Ibertioga MG taking into account the Transaction Cost Economics, in order to contribute to the understanding of the dynamics of production and generate knowledge that enables decision-making aimed at the development of local production. A case study was carried out with 32 local producers, through the application of semi-structured questionnaires, approaching variables such as the frequency of transactions, risks involved in the activity, asset specificity, and the needs of the producers. The results showed the existence of high asset specificity, a high frequency in the milk sale transactions and a variable frequency in the input purchase transactions, and also that the local producers need a better technical assistance and that there is the necessity of a local association to improve the transaction conditions.

Le lait bovin est un aliment consomm dans le monde entier et a une importance socio- conomique significative pour la municipalit d'Ibertioga MG. Par cons quent, l'objectif de ce travail est d'analyser la cha ne de production de lait d'Ibertioga MG en tenant compte de l' conomie des co ts de transaction, afin de contribuer la compr hension de la dynamique de production et de g n rer des connaissances qui permettent de prendre des d cisions visant au d veloppement de la production locale. Une tude de cas a t r alis e aupr s de 32 producteurs locaux, l'aide de questionnaires semi-structur s, en abordant des variables telles que la fr quence des transactions, les risques li s l'activit , la sp cificit des actifs et les besoins des producteurs. Les r sultats ont d montr l'existence d'une sp cificit lev e des actifs, d'une fr quence lev e des transactions de vente de lait et d'une fr quence variable des transactions d'achat d'intrants. Ils ont galement montr que les producteurs locaux ont besoin d'une meilleure assistance technique et qu'il est n cessaire de cr er une association locale pour am liorer les conditions des transactions.

Pertanto, l'obiettivo di questo lavoro analizzare la filiera produttiva del latte di Ibertioga MG tenendo conto dell'Economia dei Costi di Transazione, al fine di contribuire alla comprensione delle dinamiche produttive e generare conoscenze che consentano di prendere decisioni finalizzate allo sviluppo della produzione locale. stato realizzato uno studio di caso con 32 produttori locali, attraverso l'applicazione di questionari semi-strutturati, che hanno affrontato variabili come la frequenza delle transazioni, i rischi coinvolti nell'attivit , la specificit degli asset e le esigenze dei produttori. I risultati hanno dimostrato l'esistenza di un'elevata specificit degli attivi, un'alta frequenza nelle transazioni di vendita del latte e una frequenza variabile nelle transazioni di acquisto dei fattori produttivi; inoltre, i produttori locali hanno bisogno di una migliore assistenza tecnica e della necessit di un'associazione locale per migliorare le condizioni delle transazioni.
