La psicologia sociale, in termini generali, si propone non solo di studiare il pensare, il sentire e il fare delle persone nelle relazioni interpersonali, ma anche di convergere nella direzione di riflessioni e valutazioni con altre scienze non dissimili (ad esempio, la sociologia, l'antropologia, le scienze politiche, ecc.), nonch con le loro prospettive applicative nella verifica di vari fenomeni sociali. Die Probanden beantworteten das brasilianische Instrument zur Bewertung der Organisationskultur (IBACO), die Skala der wahrgenommenen organisatorischen Unterst tzung (EPSO), die Skala des positiven psychologischen Kapitals am Arbeitsplatz (ECPP) sowie den Fragebogen zur allgemeinen Gesundheit (QSG-12) und den soziodemografischen Fragebogen. Die Analysen best tigten die Hypothesen ber den Einfluss von Organisationskultur, organisatorischer Unterst tzung, positivem psychologischen Kapital am Arbeitsplatz und allgemeiner Gesundheit.

The aim of this book is to verify the relationship between organisational culture, organisational support, positive psychological capital at work and general health in managerial workers. To this end, a descriptive, exploratory and correlational study was carried out with a quantitative approach involving professionals in the area of administration. The subjects answered the Brazilian Instrument for the Assessment of Organisational Culture (IBACO), the Scale of Perceived Organisational Support (EPSO), the Scale of Positive Psychological Capital at Work (ECPP) and the General Health Questionnaire (QSG-12) and Socio-demographic Questionnaire. The analyses confirmed the hypotheses of the influence of organisational culture, organisational support, positive psychological capital at work and general health.

L'objectif de cet ouvrage est de v rifier la relation entre la culture organisationnelle, le soutien organisationnel, le capital psychologique positif au travail et l' tat de sant g n ral des cadres. cette fin, une tude descriptive, exploratoire et corr lationnelle a t r alis e avec une approche quantitative impliquant des professionnels du secteur de l'administration. L'obiettivo di questo libro verificare la relazione tra cultura organizzativa, supporto organizzativo, capitale psicologico positivo sul lavoro e salute generale nei lavoratori dirigenti. A tal fine, stato condotto uno studio descrittivo, esplorativo e correlazionale con un approccio quantitativo che ha coinvolto professionisti dell'area amministrativa. I soggetti hanno risposto allo Strumento brasiliano per la valutazione della cultura organizzativa (IBACO), alla Scala del sostegno organizzativo percepito (EPSO), alla Scala del capitale psicologico positivo sul lavoro (ECPP) e al Questionario sulla salute generale (QSG-12) e al Questionario socio-demografico. Le analisi hanno confermato le ipotesi sull'influenza della cultura organizzativa, del supporto organizzativo, del capitale psicologico positivo sul lavoro e della salute generale.
