The Bouquet Race 1 is a "poetic diary" series, a cultural-narrative about African-American and White-American's so-called unique and different lifestyles. It's a narrative about how we all celebrate freedom and liberties, but often with closet disparities and separating social ills, both inwardly and out, we fail to dignify our blessed humanity. The Bouquet Race can be pretty harsh on them both. The author gets down to the nitty-gritty core of their racial ugliness that's gone on too long. In the end, however, everybody gets a deserved and needed hug.
